The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analysts for RBT supervision with Carlsbad Unified School District! Stipend rate of $250 per RBT per month! The Stepping Stones Group provides you with unparalleled support and surrounds you with responsive and supportive clinical leaders. Qualifications: * Must have active BCBA licensure. * One year of experience as a BCBA, preferred. * Must have taken BACB supervision course. * Candidates with experience providing group and virtual supervision preferred, but experience with both is not required. * School experience preferred Duties/Job Responsibilities: In accordance with BACB guidelines, BCBAs will be providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) that are on assignment. Hours: Hours will vary depending on the number of RBTs the BCBA is willing to supervise. Each month, the BCBA will meet with the RBTs at least once in a small group format to review Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions, task list items, professional and ethical compliance guidelines, and the RBT handbook. This meeting will be held outside of classroom time and without the student. Once a week, the BCBA will meet with each RBT individually while they apply ABA strategies with their student to ensure effective practices and compliance with the BACB standards. BCBA and RBTs will meet regularly to ensure that they are meeting the required minimum 5% supervision required by the BACB. Compensation: BCBA will receive a stipend - $250.00 per RBT per month. BCBA - RBT Supervisors will not be eligible for benefits.

Scope: Ensure proper patient identification, verify orders, and prepare patients for exams. Use proper imaging techniques to ensure timely, safe, and high quality diagnostic exams. Demonstrate the ability to perform any exam on all ages of patients (neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics) using appropriate protocol and following ACR guidelines. Demonstrate proficiency on all clinical equipment within the department. Complete and annotate a medically acceptable exam, following ACR guidelines while producing the maximum diagnostic information in a minimal amount of time. Follow appropriate protocol for medical necessity, coding and charging, obtaining consents if necessary, documenting any events that may occur, for quality, maintaining a current QC program for ACR and reporting any equipment failures or problems. Exhibit good safety practices in body substance protection, cleaning of equipment, using proper sterile techniques, and removing any expired materials. Thoroughly and accurately complete all required documentation, including time stamps and image storage. Qualifications: ARRT Registry or ARDMS Registry. The ARDMS must include successful completion of one registry pertinent to the department beyond physics (options include OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, and, vascular). Basic life support (BLS) certification, issued by American Heart Association, required. RVT Certification, highly preferred. Ultrasound experience, preferred.
