* Utilize pipe supports, flotation collars, clevis hangers, and glue joint pipes, PVC, CPVC, dual containment, etc

Statement of Purpose: The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services. Account Executives customarily and regularly perform this primary responsibility in the field by educating contractors about the Tradesmen International Value Proposition. The Account Executives are responsible for locating and bringing in new business, as well as maintaining Client relationships that increase the usage of Tradesmen International's services and workforce.
Major Responsibilities:
Creates and grows sales.
Maintains and exceeds sales goals set by the Company.
Communicates detailed Client needs to the Operations team.
Generates sales leads and prospects for Clients.
Makes direct sales calls and presentations to Clients at their place of business.
Educates Prospects and Clients about the relationship between the use of a highly skilled variable workforce and productivity and profitability.
Registers new Clients according to the business plan and educates the Client about the benefits and terms of doing business with Tradesmen.
Collects monies owed Tradesmen on a timely basis; hand delivers the first 6-8 invoices to new Clients until healthy payment pattern is established.
Attends trade-related association and networking events; participates on association committees.
Encourages additional sales by building strong Client relationships.
Follows up with registered Clients in order to build relationships, to create an initial order, and to keep Clients actively using Tradesmen when our Field Employees will be productive for them by regularly visiting the Client's place of business and by other means.
Builds ongoing relationships with each Client's senior management, office personnel, and jobsite superintendents by regularly visiting the Client's place of business and by other means.
Conducts follow up communication with Client after Field Employee dispatch to ensure Client satisfaction and quality control.
Delivers periodic Employee evaluations to Client.
Decides how to deal with Client issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner and with a sense of urgency.
Encourages additional sales by managing and building strong Field Employee relationships.
Prepares Field Employees for assignments with Clients and walks them on to first jobs or new Clients.
Builds Field Employee relationships by calling Working Employees at the end of the first day, visiting jobsites at least weekly and calling Available Employees to check on their status and assuring them we are looking for an assignment.
Is aware at all times, in part through regular visits to the field, of which Field Employees are currently assigned to which jobsites; decides how to address Field Employees issues in a proactive, professional manner and with a sense of urgency.
Encourages additional sales by managing and transmitting information to support the sales process.
Maintains Client sales files.
Attends required meetings, including One on One meetings with General Manager or Sales Manager, Operations meetings, Business Development meetings, and Sales Training meetings.
Completes a Sales Activity Report in the computer system weekly.
Completes and presents a daily plan for the following week to the General Manager.
Responds to any work-related injuries for investigation and report completion.
Supports the recruitment process by encouraging Employee referrals from top Field Employees; hands out referral program literature as appropriate.
Remains updated on, and adheres to, all procedures detailed in the Field Office Procedures Manual.
Participates in field and classroom training activities within specified timeframes.
Performs other duties as assigned by General Manger or Sales Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for working with the estimating team to meet deadlines.
Analyze and track; hit ratios, productivity rates and pricing metrics
Assist management in the formation of bid strategies and techniques, including subsequent implementation to determine projects to bid.
Attend Pre-Bid meetings, taking detailed and thorough notes relating to meeting discussion, existing conditions, and other bid requirements.
Review specifications, drawings, and all contract documents in their entirety to determine the scope of work and subsequent required estimate content.
Complete detailed take-offs for projects, accounting for all materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractors. Maintain detailed bid files for each project with all addenda, clarifications, project specific pricing, and other associated bidding documents.
Prepare budget pricing for customers' projects, as required.
Maintain system of in-house material pricing and labor value estimates used in bidding process, ensuring material pricing on file reflects the latest vendor supplied information, and labor value estimates are periodically updated to incorporate trends seen in previously completed work.
Review design options and recommend value engineering alternatives based on cost and quality.
Prepare formal proposals and participate in presentations to owners when necessary.
Maintain organized records of all bids and bid results.
Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications
The Lead Estimator must possess a thorough knowledge of the HVAC & Plumbing construction estimating process.
A Bachelor's Degree in a construction or engineering related field is preferred.
An Associate Degree in such fields would also be acceptable, provided the applicant has a high level of documented field and\or estimating experience in the HVAC & Plumbing industry.
The Lead estimator must be capable of efficient interpretation of project drawings, blueprints, and specifications, and must be familiar with basic Mechanical principles, and currently used products. Mastery of basic office software packages, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project, is required. Experience with estimating software package is preferred.
Business development experience with both large and small construction customers including general contractors, construction managers, architectural & engineering firms, and major developers preferred.
Experience with software packages including Office 365 or greater, MS Office Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat; Bluebeam, Building Connected, FastEst, AutoCAD, Revit
Strong construction management knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating mechanical estimates performed by others.

Attend client led pre-construction and post construction meetings.

Assist with collections as needed.
Review and approve project costs.
Prepare and submit all required close out documents.
Possess a thorough understanding of construction business legal principles.

Ability to forecast requirements; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Install a variety of HVAC materials including but not limited to round pipe/spiral duct, flex duct, motorized dampers, fire dampers, splitter dampers, air devices, louvers and air moving equipment.
Install duct work and sheet metal assemblies on work site according to blueprints and specifications.
Fabricate or alter parts using shears, hammers, punches, snips, drills, brakes, and bending rollers along with other handheld and power tools.
Install support hangers, make duct connection using clips, drives, nuts, bolts, TDC tape, sealer, sheet metal screws, etc. as needed.
Install manual dampers, supporting hardware, etc., make final connections to equipment.
Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff and smooth surfaces, seams and joints of assembled parts using hand tools and portable power tools.
Fasten seams and joints with bolts, cement, rivets, caulk, clips, etc.
Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, rivets and install spin-in, peel and stick, or airtight duct tape, connect to branch duct.
Able to work from ladders, manlifts and other equipment at various heights.
Operate man lift, personal lift, chain hoist, duct jack.
Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications
1 year of experience working within the HVAC / mechanical trade installing systems on commercial and / or industrial construction sites preferred.
Valid / current journeyman license preferred.
Experience with tools including but not limited to shears, brakes, bending rolls, punch, drill press, snips and other hand and power tools.
Experience leading / coaching Helpers and Laborers
OSHA 10-hour preferred.
Ability to work from ladders and man lifts from various heights.

**What you'll be doing as a Slinger:**
+ Ride on the back of a garbage collection truck, collecting solid waste on a designated route.
+ Direct the driver when pulling out into traffic and backing up, and guide incoming vehicles to the dumping area at solid waste disposal facilities
+ Have knowledge of standardized work routines for manual tasks and the operation of collection vehicles in solid waste operations
+ Check the operating and safety conditions of vehicles, perform minor servicing, and report needed repairs or maintenance
+ Assist the driver with various tasks during waste runs and be able to lift 100+ lbs many times throughout the day
+ Be able to work in all weather conditions
