Key Responsibilities:
+ Receive and stock parts
+ Loading and unloading parts into cars on a daily basis
+ Conduct price and quality survey
+ Provide counter service
+ Clean and organize shelves, bins, racks, etc.
+ Enter necessary data into computer C.R.T. and ensure credibility of said information.
+ Provide reports as necessary.
+ Ensure the credibility of appropriate information on repair orders.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly parts facility.
+ Maintain phone communications.
+ Order special (non-stock) parts for repair orders
+ Manage cores and parts returns
+ Monitor re-order levels and replenish stock.
+ Maintain files and other related records.
+ Operate R.O./Parts record keeping system as per corporate and customer needs.
+ Record sales and R.O.'s by proper procedure.

Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 1 to 3 years of parts room experience
+ Computer literate with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
+ Day to day scheduling, counseling, and submitting evaluation reports to local management.
+ Conduct on-the-scene accident investigations; assist drivers in preparing accident reports, OSHA reports and safety violations documents.
+ Develop and host driver training and safety courses; train new drivers and retrain drivers involved in accidents.
+ Observe drivers on the road - correct safety problems on the scene while documenting violations.
+ Liaison between drivers and both the customers and organization in customer service concerns
+ Evaluate and monitor driver safety and performance in compliance with legal, employment and labor policy matters.
+ Assist Safety Manager with DOT/FTA compliance - drug testing and recordkeeping.
+ Drive routes periodically.
+ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Valid Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement and airbrake certification
+ Supervisory experience with hourly employees; 2-3 years transit supervisory experience preferred
+ Computer literate - basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment preferred.
Must be able to manage and interface with client.
Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and assignments.
Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
Must have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook.
Must have technical competence with light/medium/heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Administrative Support: Assist the Reservations Manager in administrative tasks, ensuring that attendance and performance goals are met, and scheduling requirements are efficiently managed.
+ Monitoring: Monitor the performance of reservationists, working closely with the Lead Reservationists to identify and address any performance issues, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
+ Staff Development and Promotion: Contribute to the training, coaching, and supervision of reservationists, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring that best practices in customer service and leadership are upheld. Implement corrective actions to address performance issues and ensure adherence to standards. Play a vital role in the promotion process, providing recommendations to senior management.
+ Communication and Conflict Resolution: Maintain regular communication with the Reservations Manager and Lead Reservationists, ensuring alignment in reservations operations and addressing immediate customer-facing issues. Act as a mediator in minor employee disagreements, using active listening skills to understand and resolve conflict.
+ Scheduling Oversight: Assist in managing reservations schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and schedule adherence while maintaining a commitment to high-quality service.
+ Quality Assurance: Support the Reservations Department in assuring the quality of reservations operations, including monitoring and coaching reservationists to resolve performance issues.
+ Backup Support: Provide backup support to reservations duties as needed without compromising primary administrative responsibilities.
+ Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing efforts to optimize reservationist operations, enhance service quality, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
+ Meeting Participation: Attend periodic meetings with stakeholders, representing the reservations team and potentially taking the lead on meetings in the absence of the Reservations Manager.
+ Issue Escalation and Reporting: Proactively identify and escalate issues outside normal operating parameters to the Reservations Manager or appropriate parties, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on service quality. Report any violations of company policies to HR for investigation.
+ Cross-departmental support: Assist other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit to ensure overall organizational success.
Qualifications:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.
+ Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Preferred
+ Minimum of 2 years of customer service and call center experience, with a preference for experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
+ Strong administrative, organizational, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work closely with and support the Lead Reservationists in day-to-day operations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with paratransit scheduling software.
+ Knowledge of Trapeze preferred.

MV Transportation is seeking an Information Technology Manager. This individual shall be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Information Technology Manager is responsible for handling various technology issues related to a transit environment and supporting corporate infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing Trapeze software direction, desktop, server and network support for client operations according to Service Level Agreements (SLA). This includes, but not limited to, desktop and server repair, network maintenance, helpdesk tickets, disaster recovery and other projects as assigned.
Support of analog, Digital, or VOIP telephone System, T-1, fax and DSL lines.
Responsible for supporting local technologies related to transit operations, such as; Mobile Data Terminals (MDT)/in vehicle tablets, and Trapeze reservation software platform.
Manage servers at local division; domain controller, file, application and database (MS SQL SVR).
Meet and interact with client agencies providing reports and updates for local divisional office.
Close interaction with the client's IT department.
Managing complex IT projects, IT employees and outside vendors.
Developing strategic operations and investment plans that weight costs, benefits, opportunities and risks of various IT investment approaches.
Controlling and minimize costs.
Ensuring suitable documentation exists and is maintained for IT operations and software development.
Qualifications
Talent Requirements:
Highly proficient with Trapeze transit software is a MUST.
Proficiency with Active Directory, relational databases (MS SQL Server preferable) and networking.
Proficient with the company's major IT systems, services and technology frameworks (e.g. cloud computing, server virtualization, application delivery controller, etc.).
Thorough understanding of computer, server, network, printer and peripheral hardware.
Experience supporting Windows 7, 10, Server, 2012 & 16, and Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Experience with desktop, server and network management tools.
Experience with Cisco switches and routers.
Familiar with backup and disaster recovery.
Starting pay rate: $90,000 - $105,000
