The following year, in 1977, Tri-County Community Health Council, Inc. was incorporated, and since that time has grown from its initial site near Newton Grove and Spivey’s Corner to a Health Center system with locations across southeastern North Carolina.
In November 2009 the Board of Directors voted to change the organization’s name to CommWell Health to reflect the organization’s growth and expanded services throughout southeastern North Carolina.
Community OB Services Integration Work Group completed its work in 2019 when the transition of the OB clinic from PH-TH to CHDC was completed
Conducted Priority Survey to set direction of 2020 Work Groups
