Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work or a related clinical mental health field required.
Experience: Preferably two or more years' experience working in a licensed capacity in a hospital or geriatric community settings. Experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results is preferred. Must have strong clinical assessment skills. Responsibilities Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a per diem Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorder Program for Fremont Hospital! The Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorder Program works with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy that are integrated and compatible with the patient's medical program goals and objectives. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy using established standards of care and practice protocols/guidelines; managing resources in a cost-effective manner; participating in performance improvement efforts; and maintaining professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
The Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorder Program will also develop an individualized treatment plan for each patient in the Adolescent Eating Disorders Program for inpatient level of care. This includes completing nutritional assessments and developing and monitoring meal plans and providing patient, group, and family nutritional education. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university.
* Completion of a didactic program in dietetics and supervised practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
* Experience in a health care facility preferred and experience in working with eating disorder patients is strongly preferred; however, education in the field may be accepted in lieu of experience.
Licensure:
* Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
* Certification/Licensure as required by state of practice.
Additional Requirements:
* CPR with AED (CPR/AED) certification must be current and presented to Human Resources upon hire.
* Completion of Fremont Hospital's non-violent Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training course within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative intervention measures.

Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provides supervision of programs and activities; proposes, develops, and implements plans for enhancing the program and activities. Works with group CEO to ensure continuity of clinical programming.
* Works with business development team for expansion and growth of the clinical program.
* Oversight and reporting of the clinical quality process. This includes clinical indicators, action plans associated with internal and external audits, and any other necesssary clinical quality improvement.
* Provides individual and group therapy as necessary and provides psychoeducational group activities for patients as appropriate.
Educations and Experience
* Master's degree in Therapy or related Social Service or Education field required, plus accompanying clinical license in good standing in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy.D., Ph.D., etc.)
* Minimum 2 years of previous program facilitation and work with the co-occurring population required. Minimum 2 years of management and clinical supervision experience required. Minimum 2 years of exprience in an outpatiet setting preferred.
* CPR certification required.
