Responsibilities
Set up initial inspections/appointments for office leads (qualify → schedule → confirm → reminders to maximize show rate)
Send templated inspection/damage reports to homeowners via text or email after inspections
Package and send estimate templates clearly and professionally (homeowner-friendly and on-brand)
Proactively communicate key timeline updates, including:
Build schedule
Material delivery timing
Reinforce our expectation-setting script so customers know what to expect
Track and obtain the Certificate of Completion (COC) promptly once a job is complete; send e-signature link if needed
Follow up with homeowners to confirm whether the final check has been received; coordinate a time for the Outside Rep to pick up payment if necessary
Drive our reputation process by getting homeowners to leave a review and owning the follow-up cadence: same-day, +3 days, +10 days
Maintain clean internal notes and status updates so the sales and production teams always know “what's next” (CRM/tools training provided)
