Perform duties of the dispatcher for Empire's assigned work area. Use discretion and judgment to solve client disputes and dispatch system problems. Professionally assist clients to enhance a positive service image within the department. Determine shipment, delivery, and pickup priorities. Oversee scheduling transport shipments and meet delivery commitments. Assist in the most efficient use of drivers and equipment. Maintain cost control for overtime and expenses. Maintain the proper mix of company and for hire trucks on the road at all times. What You'll Do The Transportation Driver will be an integral part of the Suvida Healthcare patient experience. This position will be responsible for driving a wheelchair van to transport non-emergent patients to and from Suvida Healthcare Centers.
