Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or a related hands-on role. * Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic building systems (no engineering certification required). * Experience with generator systems preferred. * Prior leadership or team-lead experience. * Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on select medical equipment is a plus. * Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of recurring maintenance schedules. * Able to work independently while also collaborating with hospital teams. * Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed based on hospital operations.
