QSM provides standardized training to all providers and the right candidate must be able complete two (2) weeks of at-home didactic training followed by four (4) or more weeks of field training in any of the states in which QSM operates. All mandatory training is paid, and travel expenses are covered by the company. Essential Skills MD, DO, NP (Adult, Geriatric, or Family), or PA unencumbered licensure or eligible. Excellent Customer Service and communication. Valid driver's license. Understanding of the importance of proper documentation and standard of care practices.
