Visible Alpha CEO and leadership

Rodney Pedersen is Chief Revenue Officer of Visible Alpha and oversees sales, client services and marketing globally.

Rodney joins Visible Alpha from FactSet where he was most recently SVP and Senior Director of Data Strategy. Rodney spent the majority of his career at FactSet in various sales roles, including founding and managing the company’s Americas Hedge Fund team.

Rodney has a B.S. in Economics from Auburn University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Nitin Gupta is Chief Technology Officer at Visible Alpha, managing global product engineering and SaaS delivery infrastructure, while guiding innovation in data science, data scaling and analytics.

Nitin brings over 20 years of technical experience spanning databases, CRM, ERP, web, text analytics, machine learning, messaging and collaboration. Previously, Nitin was co-founder and CTO of Gridstone Research, the technology platform underlying Visible Alpha services. Prior to Gridstone, he was a group product manager for Infosys, responsible for designing, developing, deploying and managing critical IT systems.

Nitin studied Computer Science at St. Stephen’s College and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.

Scott Puma is Chief Financial Officer of Visible Alpha and oversees all financial, legal and office operations of the company.

Scott brings over 20 years of experience in managing financial operations for start-up companies. Previously, he was CFO at Compliance Science, Inc. and VP of Finance at Axial. He also served in senior financial and operational leadership positions at TheMarkets.com, Vigilante, Mail.com and Geotek Communications. Early in his career, Scott spent five years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

He has a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and holds a CPA license.

Gregg Krowitz is Chief of Staff, overseeing partnerships and global support and solutions.

Gregg brings over 20 years of experience in financial services. Previously, Gregg was Chief of Staff at LRN Corporation, a SaaS company in the ethics and compliance space. Prior to that he was Head of Strategy & Analytics and a member of the NYSE Listings management team. He began his career at Bankers Trust Company in a variety of roles in the Trust and Agency Services Group.

Gregg holds a B.A. from the University at Albany and an MBA from Fordham University.

Kirsten Behncke Colyer is Chief Human Resources Officer of Visible Alpha and oversees all culture and human resources operations.

Kirsten brings over 20 years of experience managing global human resources functions for start-up and later-stage technology companies. Previously she was, among other roles, VP, People & Talent at Justworks and EVP, CHRO at Reval.com. Earlier in her career she managed human resources for APAX Partners in the U.S. and was Director, Organizational Development for AIG’s Life Insurance Division. Kirsten started her career in human resources at BMG Music.

A German citizen and a U.S. resident, Kirsten holds a Master’s degree from New York University in I/O Psychology and the equivalent to a U.S. Master’s in Psychology from the University of Cologne, Germany.
