Job Duties: Route Driver As the Route Driver, you will be responsible for one of Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Co.s truck routes. It will be your job to deliver the product to our customers and in many cases stock the product in coolers or shelves. Attendance As an Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Co. employee, you are required to be present when scheduled by your supervisor. You are expected to arrive at the plant ready to work at 5 AM and on the road by 5:30 A.M. (see attendance policy, pg. 19 ACCBC handbook) Duties Deliver product to our customers. This includes picking up empty shells and carts. Stock coolers, displays, and shelves. Rotate the customers back stock to minimize spoilage. Make sure and check dates. Always follow DOT Regulations Visit all scheduled stops. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your truck/trailer (inside and out). Mandatory cleaning once per week, interior every day. You are responsible for the maintenance of your truck. Pre Trip and Post Trip forms are to be filled out daily and kept in the vehicle for 7 days. Check the Oil, Engine Coolant, Transmission Fluid, Lights, Tires, Brakes etc. Keeping track of the oil change intervals and letting the Shop know when its due.
