You will contribute by:
Performing duties of a Warehouse Clerk
Performing duties of a Forklift Operator, including: maneuver Stand-Up Forklift to put away or let down as many as twenty pallets per hour into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high
Manually lifting pallets to move into place
Manually stocking/picking cases of product into warehouse racks
Recording daily actions by use of Radio Frequency Computer Terminal
Performing duties of a Selector, including: selecting full case grocery/perishable/frozen items, fitting these items on a pallet, plastic wrapping them, and loading them onto a trailer
Performing duties of a Backhauler, including: operating an electric pallet jack or clamp machine to transport pallets of product off inbound trucks. Compiling un-palletized products onto pallets
Performing duties of a Porter, including: cleaning and maintaining warehouse aisles and product slots. Removing product from slots with the use of a pallet jack, clean slot with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, and replace product. Cleaning warehouse offices, employee break areas, and restrooms.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned

Warehouse Returns: You will be operating material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse. You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.
Shipping: You'll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You'll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.
Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

Maintains pallet storage area; offloads pallets from trailers and stage for LGV's to pick up
Corrects product spills
Manually pulls pallets from production as needed
Supplies production with non-inventory items (glue, bags, labels etc.)
Air Bag Loads
Clears up blocked locations in WMS
May be required to operate a forklift when needed
Facilitates the flow of information between logistics, production and sales to ensure timely and accurate service to customer base
Tests and monitors resin and spring water
Coordinates preload activities including inspecting trailers to ensure all loads are completed on time
Checks in trucks and communicates loading instructions to forklift drivers
Provides correct loading document/bills of lading and truck seals upon leaving the facility
Maintains appropriate records and reports required for daily shipping and inventory control
Involvement in continued process improvement and cost reduction
Maintains a clean, orderly and safe warehouse

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

* Must have excellent computer skills and experience in extracting and analyzing data using information systems reporting tools such as Excel.
* Efficient with all Microsoft Office products. Experience using SAP, RF Next Gen.
* Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
* Must have good interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to facilitate constant interaction with a wide variety of personalities and management styles. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
* Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
* Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
* Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
* Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
* Assists in performing routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
* Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.
* Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
