A well-established distribution company in Moorpark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming products and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and unload incoming shipments
Verify product quantities and inspect for accuracy and quality
Match items to purchase orders and record receipts in the system
Use RF scanners, computers, and printers to process and label received materials
Organize and store received goods in designated warehouse areas
Communicate any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
Support inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Position Summary:
Operate 5 axis numerically controlled machines for composites production details or assemblies with the aid of proven tapes and tooling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Determines from specifications, machine operating instructions (MOI), and/or production orders the work methods and sequences necessary to machine details or assemblies that meet engineering requirements
Validates machine set ups and part runs are compliant with MOI's and process work instructions
Performs routine preventive maintenance of assigned machines
Ensures machine axis' are within tolerance by running calibrated artifact and calling maintenance when machine is out of tolerance
Maintains a job log, records “down time”, and inter shift coordination as required
Must have knowledge and use of precision measuring instruments
Reads and interprets blueprints
Performs 5s housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe work environment, while complying with environmental regulations
Basic Qualification:

Must be able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working overhead
Must be able to access small, confined spaces and work in an enclosed environment
Ability to pass medical/respiratory evaluation in order to obtain and maintain necessary respirator clearance and compliance with all respirator fitting requirements

Position Overview
As a key member of the production team, this role ensures continuous workflow by maintaining a steady supply of materials to the production line. Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment and follow safety protocols at all times.
Cross Departmental Support & Onsite Assistance
Assist Audio, Lighting, or Rigging teams with general warehouse workflow during peak demand periods.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
This job contributes to Evolution Fresh success by operating and maintaining product packaging equipment in the manufacturing plant environment; ensuring that products meet delivery and quality requirements. Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principles.
* Inspects, operates, and maintains automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Troubleshoots equipment or systems problems and makes minor repairs
* Calibrates and validates quality testing equipment; performs all testing procedures according to established specifications
* Performs visual inspections of finished products; identifies quality problems and recommends solutions
* Monitors and documents package quality using analytical tools; participates in out of specification and failure investigations
* Records operational and production data
* Trains new personnel on proper operational procedures
* Informs appropriate manufacturing partners and supervisor of machine performance irregularities to minimize the impact of production downtime
* Minimizes production scrap, including materials and coffee product
* Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Participates in process improvement activities

* Receives, picks, packages, loads and moves merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds for shipment, either in boxes or on pallets using powered or manual pallet jacks, or other powered material handling equipment (e.g., standup lifts, turret trucks and forklifts).
* Replenishes inventory stock.
* Performs inventory activities, including counting material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and comparing inventories to office records or computer figures.
* Unloads incoming shipments and loads outgoing trucks with merchandise using powered industrial material handling equipment (e.g., standup lifts, turret trucks and forklifts).
* Arranges merchandise to be staged or stocked in storage locations to maintain inventory levels.
