Responsibilities:
Receive and accurately read, understand, and follow Pick Tickets for order pulling.
Locate and pull items from inventory and load into carts or other moving equipment.
Transport items from storage area to shipping area or pallets by using carts, moving equipment or forklifts.
Keep accurate reports for stock counts. Mark paperwork (ticket or database) and track inventory accurately.
Update and process pick ticket and move paperwork accurately through next phase of processing.
Update database. Track inventory and mark items with stock codes.
Inspect items for quality and quantity and any evidence of damage and report any problems to Supervisor.
Assist Loaders in preparing order for shipping with staging and packaging.
Contribute to team efforts by assisting with various entry level warehouseoperations and dock-related tasks, shipping, moving, handling, and tracking material using proper paperwork.
Provide hands on job-function training to fellow Associates as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient production functions.
Skill Requirements:
Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in timely manner.
Ability to utilize hand trucks, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within warehouse facilities.
Ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions.
Work overtime as required by business needs.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Forklift certification preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand on two feet, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more a day).
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Anything over 50 lbs. requires assistance.
Ability to use both arms and hands fully for tasks such as reaching, feeling, grasping, gripping, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Must be able to work in various warehouse conditions, including cold, heat, wind, dust, wet environments, and noisy surroundings

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Handle incoming products in the warehouse in a safe and timely manner, fills orders, stocks racks, keeps the facility clean and rotates stock.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Warehouse and Operations: Operates pallet jacks (electric and manual) and forklift in a safe manner. Comply with all safety requirements such as inspection reports and prompt notification of equipment issues. Unload trucks using pallet jacks. Tag incoming products according to category. Verify accurate or tagged items notify supervisors of quality or accuracy concerns, Inspect and sort product's Advise Supervisors of food safety or chemical concerns., Palletize products according to established safety protocols ; notify supervisors of quality or accuracy concerns. Works in freezer and refrigerated rooms as needed (Cooler/Freezer).
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older.
Must be literate in English in order to read and understand work documents.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (electric and manual) in a safe manner.
Ability to understand bills of lading, receiving documents, inventory documents, product order forms, and any other documents relevant to the department.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs throughout the shift.
Must be able to handle stress caused in meeting deadlines with tight deadline requirements.
Forklift experience and/or forklift certification.

MachineOperator
Our manufacturing firm is seeking a MachineOperator- Wire Drawing. This position will provide the successful candidate with the chance to apply their knowledge, learn new skills, and work as a team within a fast-paced and safe environment. The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of 6 months experience in the manufacturing sector, pays strong attention to detail, has excellent attendance and is committed to workplace safety.
Broad Functions and Objectives:
Use basic processes to set up, adjust, and operate assigned machines and auxiliary equipment to produce wire and wire products.
Principal Accountabilities/Duties:
Read, understand and follow production schedule. Interpret and follow basic written instructions, drawings, and documents
Perform setups on assigned machine(s)
Detect and report faulty processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintains standard housekeeping standards
Observes all safety rules including reporting of all industrial accidents and any unsafe conditions.
Check with lead person at beginning of shift to determine the production schedule
Set-up and maintain wire drawing machines according to production schedule and quality standards - making minor adjustments as necessary
Load rod coils on to drawing machine payoffs.
Operator and run machine to produce a finished product.
Perform quality inspections on regular basis throughout shift.
Perform other duties as requested.
Must be able to work rotating shift schedule every 4 months.
Must be able to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
Compensation
$20.00 Hourly Rate
$1,500 Retention Bonus after successful completion of 3 months and 6 months

Qualifications:
