About the job
The Production Warehouse Worker supports all warehouse and production activities within an agricultural seed processing facility. This role is responsible for assisting in the accurate handling, packaging, labeling, and movement of seed inventory while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will work efficiently as part of a team to meet operational goals during seasonal and year-round production cycles.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate on the production line with consistency, speed, and accuracy.
Ensure production requirements and quality standards are consistently met.
Verify product accuracy using Production Dump Sheets.
Report quality issues to the Line Lead or Warehouse Manager as needed.
Select and stage orders accurately for processing or shipment.
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform repetitive tasks related to seed or product handling and packaging.
Build and wrap pallets securely for storage or distribution.

Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse employee to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, fulfilling orders efficiently, and keeping our warehouse organized and safe.
What You'll Do
Ensure real-time inventory accuracy by following established processes and procedures.
Collaborate with the outbound team to pick, pack, and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
Assist with loading, unloading, and staging products to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space.
Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
Basic computer skills are required; experience with Excel is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
