The Order Puller Associate will stock incoming merchandise and fill orders for customers. At AFW, we are proud that customers can pick up their furniture and take it home the same day. The Order Puller will safely operate a Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down Forklift, and any other equipment necessary to transport merchandise for customers and other departments. This position has no supervisory responsibilities Physical Requirements: Capacity to maneuver in confined and at times congested areas. Capability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily. Lifting, gripping, bending, kneeling, stooping, and moving merchandise 8 hours or more daily. Continuous use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back. Ability to lift, lower, move, carry, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 100 lbs. and the skill to handle/manipulate merchandise up to 250 lbs. frequently. Able to work in variable environments with different lighting, loud exterior noise, and flooring.
