Duties And Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the Palletizer Operator responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Set up and adjust machinery, ensuring product quality meets established standards through regular inspections.
Operate palletizing machine controls to load cans, slip sheets, and top frames onto pallets, ensuring each pallet is labeled with the appropriate ticket.
Correct tipped cans, fill voids, and remove jams to maintain consistent production flow.
Inspect cans for defects, monitor pallet patterns, and replace missing cans as needed.
Inspect pallets, top frames, and slip sheets for defects.
Check drop points and conveyor systems when flow is interrupted, clearing minor jams as needed.
Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the Team Leader or Back End Maintainer.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the palletizing process.
Replace strapping rolls when coils are depleted.
Keep accurate records of production ticket printing.
Perform all required process control checks as specified by operational guidelines.
Control and monitor all switches and operations on lower conveyor system.
Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Able to read and understand date codes and pallet tickets, know how to operate computer to generate pallet tickets and the procedures for application.
Ability to learn and understand overall can quality requirements and be capable for identifying defects.
Ability to learn quality requirements of packaging.
Ability to learn basics of the can-making process.
Basic data entry skills.

What you'll do
Responsible for receiving and pasteurizing liquid raw materials, CIP of silos and line circuits, monitoring equipment and sanitation and housekeeping. The work area includes the receiving area, control room, truck bay, flow plate and the silo area.
Key responsibilities
* Operating downstream of our hygienic fermentation process. Understand the process flow throughout the plant, timing, keeping on task and to schedule with multiple processes occurring at once. Ability to work under pressure and meet flexible changing priorities is a must.
* Operation of pasteurizers, evaporators and CIP units. Maintain documentation on pasteurizer chart recorders an MDA requirement. Troubleshoot problems with equipment and provide assistance or feedback to maintenance in the area when needed.
* Splitting fermentation media and perform a sanitary transfer to various fermentation and storage vessels including the sites 14 silos and fermenters.
* Running the sites two evaporators to precise setpoints of density, temperature, run rate and vacuum. Monitor equipment which will require climbing multiple levels of stairs during a shift and making flow plate connections with durable heavy transfer hoses.
* Document and oversee both incoming and outgoing trucks of raw materials for further processing.
* Keep in communication with the quality department monitoring ongoing processes, fermentations and addbacks. Fill out daily production and communication logs.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers. Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets and control systems such as SAP and Ifix.

* The physical demands of this position include the ability to walk and stand on a regular basis.
* Must climb stairs and ladders.
* The ability to reach, bend/stoop, crouch, squat, push/pull and manipulate is required.
* Must occasionally lift product from a variety of positions to 30 pounds. Is infrequently required to lift up to 55 pounds.
* Vision, reading and writing are required to perform this job.
* Talking and hearing are not essential functions of this position.
* The job is performed inside with some exposure to the outside. There is exposure to fumes, noise, and chemical agents. Hearing protection is required. Compensation Data
The pay range for this position is $23.00$ - $28.50 per hour. The Agglomerator Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining agglomeration equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Making powdered ingredients dissolve better in liquids This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Start up equipment or communicate with previous shift supervisor on equipment status.
Follow all production and safety rules related to the process.
Adhere to strict sanitation codes for personnel, equipment, packaging, and rooms.
Coordinate raw ingredients to keep the agglomerator running at peak efficiency.
Complete paperwork and communicate with maintenance regarding problems, breakage, and upkeep.
Receive and prepare blend sheets and required processing paperwork.
Prepare finished product samples and labels for pallets.
Ensure products meet customer specifications.
Complete all paperwork and sample documentation accurately before submission.
Follow policies, SOPs, GMPs, HACCP procedures, and safety rules.
Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
Prior experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
Basic knowledge of machineryoperation and troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical manuals and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary for Material Handlers:
Material Handlers move materials to and from production areas to ensure an efficient production flow through the plant. Performs inventory transactions, including transfer and location audits.
Responsibilities of Material Handlers:
Moves all materials to and from manufacturing areas. Keeps all floor inventory properly stocked and organized for efficient use by production
Accurately records all transactions and transfers and completes all forms as required
Verifies prescribed accuracy levels within assigned inventory locations
Participates in the recount team during floor counts
Utilizes problem-solving methods to resolve inventory discrepancies
Works with Receiving and operators to ensure prompt notification of items on the hot list.
Fills picking locations in both warehouses on a daily basis and rotates stock properly. Maintains effective working relationships with other associates

Actively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement

Qualifications of Material Handlers:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education
At least 18 years of age or older
Previous experience as a CDL driver preferred, will require additional support for off-site warehouse and driving a short truck
Three months or equivalent experience in inventory control with a strong math and organizational skills
An understanding of materials flow is preferred. Computer knowledge helpful
Must be able to obtain forklift certification
Ability to effectively use power jack, pallet jack, calculator, electronic counting scale, 2-wheel hand cart, computer terminal, ladder, reach truck, order picker, RF data collection gun, automatic shrink wrapper
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. continuously and occasionally up to 75 lbs., sometimes in difficult work positions
Must perform job with a high level of accuracy and follow standard procedures for completing inventory transactions

* Performs line circuit and tank piping connections in blend room by assuring recirculation via liquifier, product discharge, tank to tank transfer, product transfers and lime slurry addition / pumping systems.
* Performs CIP of line circuits and blend tanks/silos by understanding CIP recipes, cycles and chemicals. Performs piping connections and will wash and CIP liquifier.
* Stages raw materials and follows established instructions on batch sheets to perform duties. Records weights, manufacturing lot numbers, and QC checks. Follows recipes to blend products according to process description manual.
* Performs line circuit and silo connections in receiving including discharge, transfers, connections, and opening silos. Uses FIX screens to perform tasks. Operates X102 and X103 heating/ cooling mode.
* Operates computer systems including FIX operator interface, Qset, and Excel for reporting, tracking historical trends, reactor operations, CIP system, chemical addition systems, liquifier operations, and product transfers.
* Washes and cleans equipment per the sanitation manual. Follows GMP program and rules.

Job Summary for Material Handlers:
Material Handlers move materials to and from production areas to ensure an efficient production flow through the plant. Performs inventory transactions, including transfer and location audits.
Responsibilities of Material Handler:
Moves all materials to and from manufacturing areas. Keeps all floor inventory properly stocked and organized for efficient use by production
Accurately records all transactions and transfers and completes all forms as required
Verifies prescribed accuracy levels within assigned inventory locations
Participates in the recount team during floor counts
Utilizes problem-solving methods to resolve inventory discrepancies
Works with Receiving and operators to ensure prompt notification of items on the hot list.
Fills picking locations in both warehouses on a daily basis and rotates stock properly. Maintains effective working relationships with other associates
Performs duties in a safe manner, using all approved safety equipment as instructed
Maintains a neat and orderly work area
Actively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement
Demonstrates flexibility and commitment through cross training and helping other departments consistent with business needs
Serves as back-up to Shipping Department
Qualifications of Material Handler:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education
At least 18 years of age or older
Three months or equivalent experience in inventory control with a strong math and organizational skills
An understanding of materials flow is preferred. Computer knowledge helpful
Must be able to obtain forklift certification
Ability to effectively use power jack, pallet jack, calculator, electronic counting scale, 2-wheel hand cart, computer terminal, ladder, reach truck, order picker, RF data collection gun, automatic shrink wrapper
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. continuously and occasionally up to 75 lbs., sometimes in difficult work positions
Must perform job with a high level of accuracy and follow standard procedures for completing inventory transactions
