Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment. Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation. Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards. Responsible for meeting productivity requirements. Stage completed pallets in designated areas. Responsibilities: Set-up and manage CNC machines to manufacture precise components Ensure the CNC operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine Prepare a test run to check if the machine is producing outputs in accordance with specifications Inspect and measure finished product Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine Document production runs and report deviations from specifications Offload and Bundle material per panel produced Requirements: 3-5 years of CNC Machine Operation Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics Intermediate math and computer skills Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Certification or vocational training in CNC Machining preferred Additional Information The Pay Range for this position is $20.50 - $26.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
