Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
Support the planning and execution of major technology transformation initiatives, including the Next Gen Platform modernization.
Participate in and coordinate discovery, design, and build workshops; document decisions, track actions, and maintain project artifacts.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports.
Prepare materials for weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional updates, and Steering Committee meetings.
Ensure deliverables align with the scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate activities across IT, Operations, Product, Commercial, Finance, and vendor teams.
Track operational and technical tasks to ensure accountability and timely execution.
Partner with Operations to support go-live readiness, change management activities, and client communication workflows.
Help facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to maintain program momentum.
Client Migration & Readiness
Support the planning and execution of client migrations across legacy platforms (e.g., Lynk, CLS, QuickPath).
Assist in identifying client-specific dependencies, readiness activities, and cutover tasks.
Work with Operations and client-facing teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
Governance & Vendor Management
Support program governance processes, including scope management, decision tracking, and progress reporting.
Work directly with vendor project managers to align on deliverables, timelines, scope, risks, and assumptions.
Ensure documentation and reporting meet Transformation Office standards and leadership expectations.
What you'll need to thrive in this role
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of project management experience in technology, operations, or transformation programs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify risks or gaps.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence).
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, patient support services, hub operations, or life sciences.
Exposure to CRM (Salesforce preferred), Data & Analytics initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
Experience supporting large-scale implementations or platform migrations.
PMP, CSM, Prosci, or similar certifications.

Meta is seeking a data center Lead Electrical Subject Matter Expert for our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our systems operate to meet the demands of our customers. The Lead Electrical Subject Matter Expert will be a part of the Facility Operations team and will lead and manage a team of electrical SMEs who are the data center electrical system technical operations experts. The Lead Electrical Subject Matter Expert will need to have a broad understanding of electrical system and equipment function and will be responsible for procedure-based electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, and project oversight. The candidate will need to be experienced in Low Voltage & Medium Voltage power distribution, electrical protection & controls systems, UPS and battery systems, electrical testing, applicable electrical codes and standards, and have a basic understanding of mechanical systems. In addition to technical skills, this candidate will be equipped with leadership and management skills that will be essential for team alignment to global strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years relevant electrical industry experience or electrical trade level experience
* Bachelor's degree in related field plus 3+ years relevant electrical industry experience will be considered in lieu of 7+ year electrical industry experience
* 3+ years in team management
* In depth understanding of critical facility operations and procedure-based work environments
* Comprehensive knowledge of power equipment and systems, including design, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and construction
* Proficiency in interpreting electrical plans, specifications, and shop drawings
* Familiarity with mechanical, controls, and life safety monitoring systems used in critical environments
* Experience with blueprint/CAD drawing interpretation

Responsibilities
* Hire, develop, mentor, and manage an onsite team of electrical subject matter experts, overseeing performance and HR aspects
* Ensure effective collaboration between local electrical teams and applicable local and global teams
* Serve as an onsite technical/consultative resource for electrical infrastructure systems and equipment, with a focus on practical application
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the site's electrical safety program
* Plan, resource, author, or approve work packages for electrical troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and maintenance activities, assessing and mitigating personnel and system risk
* Conduct or oversee hands-on troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and maintenance of electrical equipment
* Manage electrical system configurations and component upgrades to ensure system integrity and compliance with best practices
* Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) oversight of construction projects and maintenance activities
