The Radio Development Lead is responsible for overseeing WKJA's daily operations while strategically growing financial support through donor engagement, sponsorships, and community partnerships. Represent WKJA at community events, church partnerships, and promotional appearances. Participate in brainstorming sessions to strengthen Heartfelt Radio's marketing, outreach, and listener retention efforts. Develop sponsorship packages in alignment with management goals and FCC compliance. Grow revenue through sponsorship and donor opportunities that advance WKJA's outreach. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with ministry leaders and business sponsors for long-term engagement.
