Responsibilities:
Operate TIG, MIG, and other welding equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to optimize welding processes and production flow.

Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

Inspect completed work with a variety of measuring equipment such as height gages, micrometers, verniers, dial indicators and CNC coordinate inspection machine.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding, weld visual inspection, and/or NDT preferred.
1 year of TIG welding experience.
