The HR Associate will partner with the HR Generalist to onboard new employees, facilitate orientation sessions, including benefits education and perform other administrative duties as assigned. In addition, the HR Associate will manage full-cycle recruiting. The HR Associate will create and present candidate slates to hiring managers that align with the needs of open positions and may attend career fairs both virtually and in person as needed. Qualifications RESPONSIBILITY: Collaborate and partner with the internal Human Resources team as a strategic partner to enhance recruitment efficiency and improve time-to-fill metrics. Assist in assessing, screening, and vetting prospective candidates to ensure they meet established position requirements. Demonstrate a high degree of independence, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters. Maintain consistent communication with the hiring manager and HR Director to ensure recruitment timelines are met; provide candidate resumes and evaluations, and coordinate start dates based on onboarding schedules. Update candidate tracking systems (ATS/databases) with accurate interview feedback and status updates. Meet staffing goals and objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and change-driven environment. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage both internal and external recruitment processes. Represent Wellmore at career and job fairs-both virtual and in-person-as required. Organize and maintain both paper and electronic HR filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel files and employee records. Prepare and safeguard confidential information and data, maintaining employee trust by protecting sensitive HR and organizational information. Uphold strict confidentiality at all times in all HR-related matters. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support organizational goals. The Shift Monitor is part of a multi- disciplinary team that assists our clients to achieve their recovery goals while residing at these Recovery Houses. The Shift Monitor assists with and oversees the day-to-day residential component of the program. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring a drug free environment, assisting with meal preparation, supervising Self- Administration of medication process and other programming. As a Shift Monitor, individuals will remain awake on all shifts. SUPERVISION: Supervised by: Program Manager EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Supervises clients throughout the shift to ensure client safety. Including client counts, supervised smoke breaks and client down time. 2. Responsible for supervision of Self- Administration of Medication process, under the guidance of the Medical Director. Assist in ensuring client's medication and medication room policies and protocols are followed at all times. 3. Provide transportation for clients in company car as scheduled to ensure safety and compliance with medical appointments, connection to community resources and basic needs. Supervision of clients off site during these trips and appointments as appropriate. 4. Safe Haven is a residential program for boys with Problem Sexual Behavior (PSB). These programs share staff with our therapeutic day school. These services are delivered in a manner which is consistent with the Agency's goals and mission. II. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Milieu Supervisor manages the milieu ensuring a safe, clean, structured, and orderly unit where therapeutic programming and behavior management can be implemented. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the processes are completed in accordance with BGV policies and procedures. They are responsible for providing supervision to the mental health workers and assisting them in providing a nurturing environment. III. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides a safe, orderly and nurturing living experience for the children in care. Oversees the implementation of all processes, policies, procedures and behavior management Participates in the orientation, training, and daily supervision of all mental health workers Completes staff observations as assigned and evaluations of mental health workers Works with the clinical team to ensure that all relevant information is shared with mental health workers. Assists provider in preparing for physicals and minor surgeries. Prepares patients for examination and treatment. Takes patient histories and vital signs, performs phlebotomy and EKG as needed. 2.     Job Details Waterbury, CT Full Time $18.75 Hourly SwingDescription Shift Monitor (2nd Shift 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.) PROGRAM: Adult Residential GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Shift Monitor is responsible for the supervision, safety and overall wellbeing of our clients while engaged at The Morris House and/or Therapeutic Shelter. The Shift Monitor is part of a multi- disciplinary team that assists our clients to achieve their recovery goals while residing at these Recovery Houses. The Shift Monitor assists with and oversees the day-to-day residential component of the program. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring a drug free environment, assisting with meal preparation, supervising Self- Administration of medication process and other programming. As a vital member of the treatment team, the Shift Monitor ensures the well-being and safety of clients, supervises activities, and remains awake and engaged throughout all designated shifts. Meaningful work. Real impact. SUPERVISION: All duties are performed under the supervision of the Program Manager. EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Supervises clients throughout the shift to ensure client safety. Including client counts, supervised smoke breaks and client down time.2. Responsible for supervision of Self- Administration of Medication process, under the guidance of the Medical Director. Assist in ensuring client's medication and medication room policies and protocols are followed at all times. 3. Provide transportation for clients in company car as scheduled to ensure safety and compliance with medical appointments, connection to community resources and basic needs. Supervision of clients off site during these trips and appointments as appropriate. 4. Responsible for completing shift notes, documenting events that took place on shift and observation of client's behavior and symptoms. May be responsible for completing incident reports as necessary. 5. Complete Supervised Drug Screens, utilizing a trauma informed approach. Documentation of these screens and communicate concerns to the clinical and medical team. 6. Assist clients in completing their assigned chores on a daily basis, including assisting clients with meal prep for themselves and the house, ensuring that all regulations of The Department of Public Health are followed. 7. Complete random room searches, room checks and bag searches when clients return from community passes or outside appointments to ensure client safety and compliance with program policies and protocols 8. Participate in supervision, team meetings, agency committees and work groups as assigned by management. May be required to participate in trainings (both on site and off site) as determined by the Director of Residential Services and/or Vice President of Adult Services. 9. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required and must be CPR and First Aid Certified.
