Core Experience + 3-5+ years in copper and fiber-optic telecommunications engineering, including broadband design and OSP construction. + 5+ years in network engineering or related field, with strong knowledge of fiber record management, cable counts, and permitting. + Skilled in FROGS, CAD updates, and OSP Telecom Construction. + Proficiency with Frontier mapping, design tools, and permitting systems. + Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with municipal officials, contractors, and internal stakeholders. + Demonstrated knowledge of permitting processes and requirements. + Ability to travel as needed for project meetings, inspections, and surveys.
