The Position: The Takelma Barista take food orders and provide cashier service to guests of the Casino Resort. Maintains the overall appearance of the outlet during assigned shift. Duties include, but are not limited to: Takes order from customers & prepare the orders. May ring up sales on the cash register, accept payments and make change accurately. Maintains Takelma in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition, which may include washing walls and mopping floors. Also maintaining the lobby area on a regular basis. Assists in maintaining Takelma's inventory: restocking condiments, utensils and paper products. Responsible for covering and putting away perishables at the end of each shift.
