+ Able to demonstrate strong technical writing and presentation skills and proficient using Microsoft Office.
+ Experience in traffic operations and site analysis.
+ Experience in transportation software and methods (e.g. Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, Sidra, VISSIM, VISTRO, Aimsun).

Who You Are
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, or a related life sciences field.
+ 12+ years of Environmental Science experience in a corporate environment.
