Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60 Position Overview: As an X-Ray Tech with us, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures across various healthcare facilities. Your expertise will ensure accurate, timely results essential for effective patient treatment. The role requires flexibility to float between multiple sites within a short distance, contributing to a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You will operate advanced imaging equipment, including Philips, Agfa, Siemens, and Carestream digital systems, as well as GE OEC C-Arms. Your work will support inpatient, outpatient, and ER patients, including trauma cases, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of general radiologic imaging experience ARRT Certification and valid State License from LSRTBE BLS certification Proficiency with Philips, Agfa, Siemens, Carestream digital radiography systems, and GE OEC C-Arm Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and ER imaging, including basic fluoroscopy and surgical procedures Strong charting skills using EMR systems, preferably Meditech Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to multiple site settings within short drives Nice to Have Skills: Fluoroscopy and surgical imaging experience Prior experience working in Level 2 Trauma ER settings Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some nights and weekends Preferred Education and Experience: Radiologic technology degree or equivalent from an accredited program At least 2 years' experience in diagnostic imaging preferred, but first-time travelers are encouraged to apply with relevant training and certification Other Requirements: Availability to work variable 40-hour shifts, primarily days with some nights Willingness to work every other weekend and rotate major holidays (working 2 out of 3 holidays as required) Flexibility to float between sites, with orientation provided at the start of assignments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site travel within a 15-minute radius Must wear proper uniform (gray, white, or black T-shirts with WK monogram, pewter scrub color, gray or black jackets) and badges visible at all times Embark on this rewarding journey with Us-apply now to elevate your radiology career and enjoy robust benefits, flexible scheduling, and a dedicated support team invested in your success!
