Eagle Ford Overview
The liquids-rich Eagle Ford tight oil trend, located in the Western Gulf Coast Basin of south Texas, represents the company's second most prolific unconventional resource development. ConocoPhillips was one of the first companies into the liquids play, resulting in a low-cost entry into this acreage. In 2009, the company began exploring the development potential of this play and by year-end 2023 held approximately 199,000 net unconventional leasehold and mineral acres, primarily in DeWitt, Karnes, and Live Oak counties.
We hold approximately 484,000 unconventional net acres in the Eagle Ford, located in south Texas. The current focus is on full-field development, using customized well spacing and stacking patterns adapted through reservoir analysis. We operated seven rigs and two frac crews on average during 2024, resulting in 182 operated wells drilled and 154 operated wells brought online.
During 2024, net production in 2024 averaged 244 MBOED.
Position Overview
If you are selected as the Measurement Technician, you will provide and ensure accurate oil and gas measurement in compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements, have knowledge in multiple areas of Oil & Gas measurement, basic understanding of flow computers, working with calibrated equipment, and well / facility operations. This role reports to the Measurement Foreman and supports field operations, audits, and system improvements while promoting a strong safety culture.
This is a Safety Sensitive position.
Your responsibilities may include:
Manage your assigned workload testing, proving, and troubleshooting various meters
Being enrolled in the respiratory program and working under a supplied air system
Self-manage inventory needs and documentation using Conoco systems
Assisting Specialist with testing of modern technologies, equipment, or trial systems
Aid Measurement Specialist during activities involving measurement design of new facilities, expansions, and systems as needed
Assist Measurement Specialist and Foreman with any internal and external field audits

Job Summary
Eagle Ford Overview
The liquids-rich Eagle Ford tight oil trend, located in the Western Gulf Coast Basin of south Texas, represents the company's second-most prolific unconventional resource development. ConocoPhillips was one of the first companies into the liquids play, resulting in a low-cost entry into this acreage. In 2009, the company began exploring the development potential of this play and by year-end 2023 held approximately 199,000 net unconventional leasehold and mineral acres, primarily in DeWitt, Karnes and Live Oak counties.
We hold approximately 484,000 unconventional net acres in the Eagle Ford, located in south Texas. The current focus is on full-field development, using customized well spacing and stacking patterns adapted through reservoir analysis. We operated seven rigs and two frac crews on average during 2024, resulting in 182 operated wells drilled and 154 operated wells brought online.
During 2024, net production in 2024 averaged 244 MBOED.
Position Overview
If you are selected as the Emissions Technician, you will be expected to conduct regulatory surveys ( OGI,/AVO) ,record data, submit work orders for repairs to leaks, and follow through by communication with other departments.
This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
Your responsibilities may include:
Executing emissions corrective maintenance program including defect elimination process
Collaborating with key support groups and customers to ensure goal alignment with Asset & Operating Integrity (A&OI) program & Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements
Driving continuous improvement by developing new philosophies and maintenance tactics
Managing job assignments for contractors
Maintaining a close link on the planning and scheduling function driving strict discipline in observation of the various work schedules
Working with Operations to ensure accurate prioritization of work.

Leading the FLIR maintenance and reliability efforts within the asset to improve equipment reliability while focusing on the management of field maintenance activities
Leading and participating in incident investigations when needed
Driving contractor safety through HSE management system & contractor management, safety orientations and management reviews with vendors
Establishing procedure and guidelines and ensures that all work activities are performed according to the established procedures, guidelines, and schedules
Documenting of emissions control
Conducting corrective and preventative maintenance for vent valves, thief hatches, etc.
Operating fugitive emission detecting equipment such as the GF320, GFX320, GasFindIR HSX FLIR cameras and the (PHX21) gas detector
Conducting regulatory inspections of facilities, wellsite & plants record data into a software program.
Generating quality check reports of FLIR data to ensure the information meets Regulatory tracking requirements and reconcile as needed
Compiling data to provide performance monitoring reports as needed
Submitting work request into SAP
Operating a company-provided vehicle to perform job duties in a safe manner
Collaborating with other groups such as, but not limited to, Corporate Regulatory group, Planning & Scheduling, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Projects, and Operations to foster an environment of continuous improvement

Summary:
A Registered Professional Dialysis Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care through the processes of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role actively participates in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for each patient, providing both direct and indirect care throughout the dialysis treatment process, including pre- and post-treatment assessments and the administration of prescribed medications.
In addition, the Registered Professional Dialysis Nurse ensures the safe and efficient operation of dialysis equipment and supplies in accordance with hospital and departmental policy, applying principles of stewardship to minimize waste, optimize use of resources, and preserve the integrity of supplies and equipment. Documentation in the medical record must be accurate, timely, and reflective of both patient outcomes and prudent resource management. By combining clinical excellence with responsible stewardship, this role supports the delivery of high-value, sustainable dialysis care.
Responsibilities:

Demonstrates appropriate hand hygiene, use of PPE, and facility hygiene, including cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces and equipment-pre-treatment, intra-treatment, and post-treatment.
Operates all available dialysis equipment and supplies based on safety, effectiveness, and cost in accordance with organizational policy to provide expected patient outcomes; documents in the medical record and records change appropriately.
Follows policy and procedure in performance of water treatment procedures and testing; properly demonstrates electrolyte addition to acid concentrate per physician order.
Provides documented pre- and post-dialysis nursing assessments that include but are not limited to: patient weight and fluid removal calculations, lung sounds and presence of edema, vital signs, review of current labs, and assessment and care of the dialysis access.
Obtains pre- and post-dialysis lab specimens per physician order and organizational policy.
Initiates, monitors, and terminates each dialysis treatment per organizational policy and procedure.
Follows organizational policy and procedure in response to dialysis-related complications, emergencies, and technical issues. Nurses are required to obtain approval from leadership identified per organizational policy, for lab culture collection from dialysis catheters via the House Supervisor prior to specimen collection.
Follows organizational policy and procedure in the administration of all medications during dialysis, including as-needed (PRN) medications, blood and blood products, and erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs).
Ensures patients are transported in a timely manner to and from dialysis treatments to minimize delays in care and maintain treatment schedules. Nurses should transport patients themselves when necessary to prevent delays in care or to ensure timely discharge.
Participates in the development and implementation of an individualized plan of care for each patient.
Verifies the safety of each dialysis treatment by performing and documenting required equipment safety checks, including acid and bicarb expiration dates and chlorine/chloramine testing before every treatment and Minncare residual testing as needed.
Responsible for accurately entering charges for each patient they provide care for, ensuring timely and complete documentation of billable services in accordance with departmental procedures.
Manages time so that workflow is efficient and consistent.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education/Skills
Associate's degree in nursing required
Bachelor's degree in Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience
1 year of dialysis experience required
1 year of acute clinical experience as a registered nurse preferred
Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is preferred
Clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting preferred
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
RN license in the state of employment or compact required
BLS required
ACLS required
PALS required at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital
