In this role, the Resale Sales Representative is responsible for selling reactivation services and upgraded products within an assigned territory to customers who have a previously discontinued ADT system while maintaining the assigned sales quota and following established guidelines. The representative will focus on improving resale rates by strengthening relationships with out-of-service accounts and protecting a key source of growth.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $105,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000. Responsibilities
Deliver Sales & Retention Results through Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Exceed or Meet Monthly Sales Goals of Strategic Products such as but not limited to, Voice, High Speed Data, TV , Mobile, and Internet Content Product Offerings through face to face and over the phone interactions. As the Sr Safety Administrator (CDL Instructor), you will design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's health and safety programs (work environment), policies, and procedures to safeguard associates and surrounding communities to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with current and future OSHA, EPA, ADA, DOL, and DOT regulations and laws. This position also partners with the company's Field Services & Outside Plant Construction groups and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on current safety training requirements of our field associates, including processes, safety equipment such as fire suppression, and video surveillance. It is further responsible for the evaluating the effectiveness of current standards and procedures.
This position targets opportunities for mitigating risks and creating efficiencies related to safety procedures throughout the organization. It designs and oversees the rollout of emergency response strategies and manages the administration of and coordination of safety supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) to the organization.
This position will be strategically located within our Spokane, WA or Coeur d'Alene, ID markets.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, develop, and implement best practice safety programs. This includes written safety programs, proactive development of safety agenda topics for team meetings, and coordination of safety training for field associates (e.g., Safety training course, outdoor heat exposure, fall protection, etc.). Complete field audits and inspections to ensure compliance with department policy and government regulations.
Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions. Research, select, and standardize new safety equipment with continued monitoring. May implement hazardous waste control and disposal activities including training, collection, disposal, and records maintenance, as well as conservation programs within the organization as the result of audit, inspection and/or research. Promote safety and health awareness through internal communications, newsletters, and training.
Manage the company's DOT program in conjunction with TDS Fleet Department, including coordination of DOT driver requirements through an approved vendor.
Review injury/illness and non-injury incident reports to identify root causes and recommend solutions. This could include investigation of accidents, completion or verification of accident reports, and liaison with specialists and health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
Manage emergency action plans. Ensure inventory of all safety related items by facility location (i.e. first aid supplies, etc.).
Monitor, update and manage safety policies within the Safety Handbook to ensure a safe workplace environment which is compliant with OSHA, EPA, and applicable city, county, state, and federal safety and health regulations. Understand federal and state occupational safety and health regulations and monitor regulatory changes as they occur; and maintain safety resources. Work closely with the Leave Administration Team to monitor lost-time injuries/illnesses and worker's compensation claims.
Manage office ergonomics assessments and accommodation review processes. Meet with associates to assess workstation concerns and makes recommendations, which could include going through the medical accommodation process.
Qualifications

Bachelors' degree or 4+ years' professional work experience.
2+ years' experience in a safety-sensitive position -OR- 2+ years experience in safety and security program management.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Other Qualifications
2+ years' Commercial Drivers License (CDL)-qualified driving experience in compliance with DOT regulations.
Horizontal directional drilling experience preferred.

The Drop Installation Technician I performs the general labor associated with the installation of fiber optic drop facilities. Work is performed in accordance with state and local regulations in a safe manner.
Due to in-field support and on-call requirements, the individual selected for this position will be required to reside within a 60-minute driving distance from either Coeur d'Alene, ID or Spokane, WA.
Responsibilities
Perform general construction labor.
Assist with and perform the transportation of required construction equipment to and from the worksite.

You'll start by gathering with your team in the office to start out your day. As a Field Service Technician, you will assist with on-site installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of telecommunications products and equipment that TDS sells and leases. You will have direct, face-to-face contact with our customers and is expected to be proactive with the sales of TDS services and products. Services include, but are not limited to, Telephony, Video/CATV/DBS, Internet, and/or high speed networks. This position exceeds customer expectations by performing extraordinary customer service, identifying customer needs, and providing them with communications solutions. This position also understands how to use and demonstrate TDS products and seeks sales opportunities while educating the customer. Products & services include (but are not limited to): Local Service, Central Office Services, Structured Cabling, MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes), Voice Mail, Audio and/or Video Conferencing and Non-regulated CPE.
Due to in-field support and on-call requirements, the individual selected for this position will be required to reside within a 60-minute driving distance from the Spokane, WA/Post Falls, ID warehouse located at: 730 S Clearwater Loop, Ste 140 - Post Falls, ID 83854.
This position can be hired at either a Field Service Technician (requisition ID #2025-28403) or a Field Service Technician-Network (requisition ID #2025-28404) level depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate. Responsibilities
Assists with and performs on-site installing, troubleshooting, testing, splicing, repairing, and maintaining telephone equipment and general network equipment, customer premise equipment, Video/CATV/DBS, fiber optic/copper facilities and/or other TDS products & services for new and existing customers. Identifies location of defective cable using various test equipment and repairs buried, aerial, underground and/or customer cable. Locates cable and fiber in response to customer requests and/or construction needs. Pole climbing and operating construction equipment is required. Locates, identifies and marks company underground and buried facilities to prevent facilities from being damaged. Keeps orderly log of all locate requests in our exchange area. Performs cable fault acceptance tests on newly constructed facilities.
Assists with and provides troubleshooting support techniques and corrections. Responds to “trouble” dispatches.
Assists with and provides support for enhancing and maintaining record systems (cross connects, line groups, network elements, etc.).
Provides excellent customer service. Proactively educates and sells TDS products and services to customers.

Training
As an Outside Plant Construction Technician II, you will have the opportunity to obtain a Class A CDL through our in-house training program. You will attend safety training at one of our new facilities where you will also be trained on Pole Climbing and Bucket Trucks. On-the-job training includes exposure to various construction equipment including Directional Drill Rigs, Mini Excavators, Trenchers, and Locators. Fiber optic training includes Fusion Splicing, Fault Detection, and exposure to OTDRs and other advanced testing equipment.
The duration of training varies based on the team assignment. Training for underground teams is 3 weeks, with an additional 1 week required for aerial training. Depending on factors such as market needs, prior skills, and team size, some individuals may only complete underground training, while others may undergo the full 4-week program, including aerial training.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role requires frequent standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and handling equipment, with the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus.

As the Sr Safety Administrator (CDL Instructor), you will design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's health and safety programs (work environment), policies, and procedures to safeguard associates and surrounding communities to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with current and future OSHA, EPA, ADA, DOL, and DOT regulations and laws. This position targets opportunities for mitigating risks and creating efficiencies related to safety procedures throughout the organization. Responsibilities
Plan, manage, develop, and implement best practice safety programs. This includes written safety programs, proactive development of safety agenda topics for team meetings, and coordination of safety training for field associates (e.g., Safety training course, outdoor heat exposure, fall protection, etc.). Complete field audits and inspections to ensure compliance with department policy and government regulations.
Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions. May implement hazardous waste control and disposal activities including training, collection, disposal, and records maintenance, as well as conservation programs within the organization as the result of audit, inspection and/or research. Manage the company's DOT program in conjunction with TDS Fleet Department, including coordination of DOT driver requirements through an approved vendor.
Review injury/illness and non-injury incident reports to identify root causes and recommend solutions. This could include investigation of accidents, completion or verification of accident reports, and liaison with specialists and health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
Manage emergency action plans. Ensure inventory of all safety related items by facility location (i.e. first aid supplies, etc.).
Monitor, update and manage safety policies within the Safety Handbook to ensure a safe workplace environment which is compliant with OSHA, EPA, and applicable city, county, state, and federal safety and health regulations. Understand federal and state occupational safety and health regulations and monitor regulatory changes as they occur; and maintain safety resources. Work closely with the Leave Administration Team to monitor lost-time injuries/illnesses and worker's compensation claims.

As a Field Service Technician-Network you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecommunications products and equipment that TDS sells and leases (Key Systems, PBX, Centrex Systems, and/or other business systems). In this position you will perform work associated with splicing and maintaining outside plant facilities and equipment. You will install, splice, repair, and maintain aerial, buried, and/or underground fiber optic and copper cable. As a FST-Network you will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of telecommunications. As the FST-Network you will have direct, face-to-face contact with our customers and are expected to be proactive with the sales of TDS services and products. Responsibilities

Utilizes dispatching applications and relevant tools for project coordination.
Supports fiber splicing, repairs, and outside plant maintenance activities.
Restores landscapes to original condition upon project completion.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
6+ months experience in any combination of the following areas: customer service, electrical or utility construction, -OR-technical certification (or higher) -OR- current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS's business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers' needs.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and remain eligible for DOT requirements.
Other Qualifications
Must have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL. A current CDL is preferred at hire, but TDS will train and certify eligible associates through its in-house CDL certification program after hire.
Physical requirements may vary based on company needs: Ability to climb poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as needed. Ability to kneel, dig, lift, and pull.
Upon hire, must successfully pass all components of the Safety Training course curriculum.
Upon hire, must successfully complete customer-specific requirements, which may include a background check administered by the customer.
Horizontal directional drilling experience preferred.
Basic understanding of telecommunication products and services.
Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
May require occasional travel.

Training:
As an Outside Plant Construction Technician I, you will have the opportunity to obtain a Class A CDL through our in-house training program. You will attend safety training at one of our new facilities where you will also be trained on Pole Climbing and Bucket Trucks. On-the-job training includes exposure to various construction equipment including Directional Drill Rigs, Mini Excavators, Trenchers, and Locators. Fiber optic training includes Fusion Splicing, Fault Detection, and exposure to OTDRs and other advanced testing equipment.
The duration of training varies based on the team assignment. Training for underground teams is 3 weeks, with an additional 1 week required for aerial training. Depending on factors such as market needs, prior skills, and team size, some individuals may only complete underground training, while others may undergo the full 4-week program, including aerial training.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role involves frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (occasionally over 100 pounds). Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception.
Work conditions often include outdoor weather, attics, crawl spaces, and high-risk areas like high voltage zones, trenches, and manholes. Exposure to heavy equipment, fumes, vibration, extreme temperatures, and loud noise is common.

What does a day in the life of a Commercial Account Executive at TDS look like?
You'll start by gathering with your team in the office to start out your day. There will be a brief team meeting, opportunity to share successes, challenges, and plans as well as learn and share best practices. While there are some scheduled Team's Meetings, such as trainings, or 1 on 1s with your manager, the majority of your time will be spent prospecting, developing opportunities and closing and processing sales while creating your activity plan in our CRM (Salesforce).
Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
Meet or exceed sales growth targets by conducting sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information, determine how TDS can help solve business challenges, and effectively communicate TDS' value proposition to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasts utilizing the CRM system for all new prospective sales. Build and maintain relationships with customers, contact, prospects, and lead sources.
Leverage the TDS CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategies that ensure high activity and effective closing ratios for new customers.
Write and submit accurate and timely new orders following the established sales process.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers: Reach out to both new and existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
Conduct sales calls: Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
Complete sales documentation: Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
Oversee customer accounts: Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
Create community buzz: Organize and participate in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.

We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team! In this role you will be a solution seller by identifying opportunities to leverage TDS' full complement of solutions and technology offerings which encompass, hosted and premise-based VoIP solutions, managed services, and web security. You are a business-to-business sales professional and accountable for developing new business opportunities by cold calling and prospecting (door to door). You will focus on uncovering customer needs, understanding key business drivers, leveraging the latest technology, and delivering compelling TDS solutions to our prospects that meet their business needs in a timely manner.
This position will report to our Spokane Valley, WA office five days a week and will have a prospecting territory of North Idaho.

What does a day in the life of a Commercial Account Executive at TDS look like?
You'll start by gathering with your team in the office to start out your day. There will be a brief team meeting, opportunity to share successes, challenges, and plans as well as learn and share best practices. While there are some scheduled Team's Meetings, such as trainings, or 1 on 1s with your manager, the majority of your time will be spent prospecting, developing opportunities and closing and processing sales while creating your activity plan in our CRM (Salesforce).
Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
Meet or exceed sales growth targets by conducting sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information, determine how TDS can help solve business challenges, and effectively communicate TDS' value proposition to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasts utilizing the CRM system for all new prospective sales. Build and maintain relationships with customers, contact, prospects, and lead sources.
Leverage the TDS CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategies that ensure high activity and effective closing ratios for new customers.
Write and submit accurate and timely new orders following the established sales process.

The Drop Installation Technician I performs the general labor associated with the installation of fiber optic drop facilities. Work is performed in accordance with state and local regulations in a safe manner.
Due to in-field support and on-call requirements, the individual selected for this position will be required to reside within a 60-minute driving distance from either Coeur d'Alene, ID or Spokane, WA.
Responsibilities
Perform general construction labor.
Assist with and perform the transportation of required construction equipment to and from the worksite.
Assist with and perform the placement of new drop facilities.
Install and/or sets enclosures (buried and aerial) vaults, pedestals, and handholes.
Mark/label fiber optic and/or copper facilities.
Assist with fiber splicing and repairs.
Perform landscape restoration after project completion.
Service, cleans, maintains, and repairs equipment.
Complete all related paperwork.
Provide assistance to field services technicians, as needed.
