Role Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Electrical Engineer to lead the design, execution, and oversight of electrical engineering projects across multiple business units. Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the introduction and ramp-up of new contract manufacturing (CM) sites and production capabilities in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This role focuses on managing the manufacturing readiness process with external partners-defining production requirements, validating process capability, and ensuring successful transition from prototype to full production. The engineer will collaborate closely with CM engineering teams to develop and implement robust manufacturing processes, oversee equipment and tooling readiness, and drive issue resolution during pilot and early builds. Strong industrial engineering experience is required to assess process efficiency, optimize workflow in partnership with CMs, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Responsibilities

Requirements
* The successful candidate will have broad and deep experience within industrial engineering and manufacturing within an OEM and/or Tier I supplier community.

* Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with high volume, low-mix production.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Senior Teamcenter PLM Developer
to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter solutions across 2-tier and 4-tier client-server architectures. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to implement effective solutions, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless integration with CAD tools and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Teamcenter solutions including server-side and client-side components.
Configure and manage BMIDE including items, datasets, naming rules, LOVs, and extensions.
Implement and maintain Teamcenter workflows and Change Management modules.
Work with modules such as Structure Manager, Multisite, Product Configurator, T4EA, and Requirements Management.
Develop ITK utilities, SOA services, and web services to support business needs.
Optimize Teamcenter performance through ITK, SOA, and DB tools provided by Siemens.
Manage security configuration using Access Manager (project/role-based).
Create integrations with MS Office for BOM uploads and Excel macros.
Design TcRA reports using cubes and create meaningful dashboards and analytics.
Document all processes and develop training materials to enable knowledge transfer and user efficiency.
Support testing and deployment in Agile (SCRUM) environments, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Perform requirements gathering, technical specifications, and end-to-end development lifecycle tasks.
Qualifications
•Worked on Teamcenter Unified/Teamcenter Engineering with client-server architecture in 2-tier and 4-tier environments in various layers like Teamcenter server, Active Workspace Client (AWC), Rich client, Thin client (Web), and various CAD Integrations, Structure Manager et al both in development and customization.
•Expert in PLM development and customization, which includes
•Teamcenter server side and client side Customization
•Implemented new BMIDE extensions and have them attached to OOTB operations using conditions attachment
•Configuring items, datasets, naming rules, lists of values, etc. using BMIDE
•Management of security (project & role based) using Access Manager
•Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows collaboratively with the business including overall design and workflow handlers
•Configure and maintain the Change Management module including workflow updates as required
•Experience with Part and Design separation and how they can be linked together in an existing implementation
•Experience with Multisite module and its different components and utilities
•Experience with ITK, SOA, and database optimization using various Siemens provided tools
•Experience with Product Configurator module and its implementation aspects
•Experience with T4EA and development of new web services and existing services maintenance
•Develop ITK utilities that run with input from console OR can be triggered via workflow using system calls
•Experience with interfacing Excel templates/macros to read BOMs into Teamcenter using MS Office integration
•Experience with the Requirements Management module of Teamcenter is preferred
•Experience with TcRA Report definition using Cubes is preferred
•Document all aspects of the system such that knowledge is readily shared amongst all those tasked with supporting Teamcenter.
•Develop training, coach, and mentor users aimed at improving their overall efficiency and usage of the system
•Proficient in Object Oriented Analysis and design based on C++ and Java.
•Experienced in OOAD techniques - UML, Sequence and Instance Diagrams.
•Experience with Teamcenter Test Environment Configuration and Setup.
•Expert in working, based on SCRUM Methodology in the Agile Development.
•Hands on experience leading all stages of software development lifecycle - experience in gathering requirements and writing functional/technical specifications for complex projects.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Enthusiastic team player, ability to handle multiple tasks; work independently as well as in a team.
