Position Objective
The Reliability Engineer is a key driver of MCC's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy-responsible for building equipment reliability and asset care systems that enable world-class manufacturing performance.
This role leads the analysis, design, and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, while embedding TPM principles across all facility and utility systems. The Reliability Engineer partners closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Continuous Improvement teams to establish a culture of autonomous maintenance, equipment ownership, and proactive problem prevention.
By developing standard work, training, and data-driven reliability programs, this position ensures our plants operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal unplanned downtime-directly supporting MCC's operational excellence and lean transformation goals.

Responsibilities Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Leadership
Serve as a TPM subject matter expert, driving implementation of MCC's TPM pillars (Focused Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Early Equipment Management, and Skills Development).
Partner with plant leadership to design and execute site-specific TPM deployment roadmaps and maturity assessments.
Lead cross-functional kaizen events to identify equipment losses, eliminate chronic issues, and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Coach maintenance and operations teams in root cause analysis, condition-based monitoring, and daily equipment care standards.
Champion Autonomous Maintenance by training operators in basic inspection, cleaning, and lubrication activities to increase equipment ownership and engagement.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability, including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and OEE.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Ensure all equipment meets MCC safety, quality, and operational standards.
Lead the development and execution of robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Audit and improve AssetEssentials (or other CMMS) data accuracy, utilization, and reporting to enable effective decision-making.
Analyze failure modes, equipment histories, and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with engineering and operations to plan equipment upgrades or replacements to improve reliability.
Mentor and coach Maintenance teams to build a proactive, data-driven reliability mindset.
Training & Capability Building
Design and facilitate training programs for maintenance and production personnel on TPM, equipment care, and reliability fundamentals.
Develop standard work and visual controls to support consistent maintenance practices across MCC sites.
Collaborate with Corporate Standards Committees to align training content with global TPM deployment and corporate best practices.
Communicate training plans and progress to site leadership, ensuring accountability and alignment to TPM goals.
Travel
Travel may be required up to 75%, including daily, overnight, or extended stays based on business needs (e.g., 10 days on / 4 days off). Travel frequency will be determined by the supervisor based on TPM, preventive maintenance, and training priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Facility Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 10 years of reliability, maintenance, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar reliability-centered maintenance systems.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proven success leading maintenance teams and improving equipment performance in a lean manufacturing setting.
Experience facilitating TPM kaizens, OEE improvement projects, or AM/PM pillar activities.
Familiarity with CMMS (AssetEssentials or equivalent) and maintenance data analytics.
Preferred Skills
Proven ability to lead TPM deployment or coach site teams through TPM maturity stages.

Job Requirements:

Job Purpose

Experience Required

Job Purpose
Monitors and improves processes in order to maintain or enhance quality, HSE, service and costs level by troubleshooting (Root Cause) manufacturing processes and is responsible for the industrialization of new products & new manufacturing processes, on a manufacturing site including transfers, MOC´S and NPI´S.

Job Summary: As a Manufacturing Engineer I at Reader Precision Solutions, you will play an active, hands-on role in supporting process improvements and enhancing production equipment performance on the shop floor. You'll help implement new technologies, launch new products and tooling solutions, and partner with production employees to improve uptime, efficiency, and throughput. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and excited to apply engineering fundamentals directly in a production environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process Improvement & Equipment Support:
Assist in evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improved efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Provide hands-on support in implementing engineering changes and process enhancements across the production floor.
Participate in new equipment setup, proving out processes, and optimizing workflows for manufacturability.
Provide machine troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Tooling & Fixturing:
Collaborate with production & quality team members to design and fabricate tools, gauges and fixtures.
Apply additive manufacturing to accelerate problem-solving and drive innovative improvements on the production floor.
Support production operations through the design and fabrication of efficient, accurate fixtures for vertical machining centers.
Technical Documentation & Data Tracking:
Develop and maintain accurate work instructions and setup guides to ensure smooth project transitions between production employees.
Help update and organize engineering documentation within internal training systems, ERP or SharePoint.
Capture lessons learned and standardized best practices for repeatability and training purposes.
Continuous Improvement:
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities for advancements in manufacturing technologies, techniques, and equipment.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Quality & Process Verification:
Work closely with quality control team to establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Design & complete feasibility review, testing, & implementation of custom manufacturing/inspection equipment.
Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality and collaborate with quality and production team to implement corrective actions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience or technical training).
Prior exposure to machining or manufacturing environments through coursework, internships, or co-op programs is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with comfort using hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic shop equipment.
Foundational understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and metalworking principles (feeds, speeds, materials, coolants).
Working knowledge of CAD/3D modeling software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to catch on quickly to new software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn from experienced production employees and engineers while contributing ideas and energy to a collaborative team.
Positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong desire to grow.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, salaried exempt, benefits eligible position, following a core schedule of Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 3:00PM, with flexibility as needed; additional hours may be required based on business needs.

The Engineer - Electrical harnessing will be responsible for utilizing technical skills to design electrical harness systems for industrial natural gas engines.
Essential Responsibilities
Be responsible for the development of core electrical harness components for engine control systems
Work with internal and external stakeholders to specify and procure electrical harnesses for design, validation, and production release
Execute the prototype tests for new components
Provide support to other functional areas for the transition from product development to release
Provide testing, analysis, technical support and direction to other functional areas on resolving manufacturing, procurement, quality, service, and reliability problems as necessary
Review and support development/maintenance of harness and other electrical component drawings
Review/Create/Maintain Electrical Schematics for Industrial Engines and their components
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from an accredited College or University - Electrical engineering degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience developing Electrical Harnesses and Components with 3D Modeling CAD Systems (such as Creo Parametric, AutoCAD Electrical, or ePlan).
Desired Characteristics
Experience with PTC Creo Parametric.
Experience with PTC Creo - Pro/Cable (Harnessing tool).
Experience with PTC Schematic.
Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical.
Experience applying electrical systems to automotive or industrial engines.
Practical experience in test methodologies for HW components.
Experience with simulation and modeling programs in industrial applications.

The Principal Power Electronics Engineer will manage and lead the collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams globally to design, build and qualify innovative power delivery solutions using novel techniques. You will have responsibility for topology selection, component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, test plan development and execution of power electronics circuitry.
You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
