We are seeking experienced automotive technicians who are eager to elevate their careers. Our fast-paced, well-organized dealership is specifically designed to provide an outstanding technician experience. **Pay** This is a flat rated shop position with no cap on the amount of hours a tech can flag. Each Tech gets 2 stalls and typically clears 100k after efficiency bonuses. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy. + Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues. + Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine and transmission, electrical and steering systems, suspension and brakes, and air conditioning. + Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and estimated repair times. + Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician. + ASE Certification. + Possession of a basic set of tools (assistance provided if needed). + C or B level qualifications in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Valid driver's license. + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Basic computer proficiency. + Positive, team-oriented attitude. + Ability to learn new technologies and operate diagnostic equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Completion of a vocational automotive program (preferred but not required). + Clean driving record. + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Why Work Here?** Experience competitive pay with no cap on service hours and performance-based growth.
