**Responsibilities**
+ Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.
+ Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts.
+ Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 VAC and 800 amps, including transformers, wiring, and electrical and electronic components.
+ Repair automated machinery and equipment, specifically Fanuc robots.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with Fanuc robot troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency in robotics and industrial maintenance.
+ Strong understanding of electrical systems and automation.
+ Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and Allen-Bradley equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with robotic spot welding.
+ Ability to touch up robot points and move spot welds.
+ Understanding of IO (inputs/outputs) and ability to home robots.

Our client, consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry is seeking a permanent **Electronic Technician (Manufacturing Electrician)** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have journeyman license MI, manufacturing experience and team playing skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Position:** Electronic Technician (Electrical Engineer, Manufacturing Electrician)
**Location:** Zeeland, MI
**Night Shift:** 2 options: Sun-Thurs 5:45pm - 2:00am -OR- Thurs - Sat 6pm - 6am
**Salary** : Up to $42.50 hourly (+ Quarterly bonuses)

**License Required:** MI State Journeyman Electrical License
**Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of instrument and electrical systems on complex manufacturing equipment
+ Perform instrument calibrations (pressure, temperature, flow, speed) using various tools
+ Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation ranging from pneumatic and analog to smart generation technology
+ Work with PLCs, HMIs, DSC (Delta-V), and plant historian (PI)
+ Make decisions on equipment diagnosis and repairs to prevent product issues
+ Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations
+ Utilize CCMS and calibration documentation systems
+ Complete necessary transactions, reports, and documentation
+ Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
+ Use independent judgment and collaborate effectively with the team
**Qualifications:**
+ **Required: Journeyman Electrical License in Michigan**
+ **3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment**
+ Familiarity with maintenance best practices, safety, quality, cost, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance is a plus
+ Ability to frequently lift/move 10-35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
+ Knowledge of packaging, liquid, and powder processing is a plus
