Job DescriptionSTORE MANAGER Under the direction of the District Manager, the Store Manager oversees the daily operations of a convenience store /gas station. Responsible for all employment and personnel, merchandising, inventory control, financial management and cash handling, and controlling loss prevention. The General Manager will provide leadership and direction to ensure excellent customer service and efficient and cost-effective operations. The position requires professional-level abilities to apply a wide range of store administration and management activities to make the store functional and efficient. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be added to, changed, or deleted at the sole discretion of management. Exercises broad independence in providing oversight, management, and direction of the overall operational activities of the gas station/convenience store. Ensure high-quality customer service.
