+ May maintain an active role in denial prevention. Proactively intervenes with payers to prevent inpatient denials. Communicates any necessary information to payers to help appeal existing denials.
+ May coordinate the discharge planning process from patient admission to departure. Screens for and assess patient needs, develop a discharge plan, and coordinate with internal and external services for care during and after the hospital stay.
+ Works under identified LCSW and actively participates in required supervision through scheduled meetings, consultations, and chart reviews as indicated.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Social Work. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
+ Current State Licensure as a CSW or LCSW.
+ Certified Social Worker Intern
+ Computer skills (email, word processing, and spreadsheets).

An assistant manager at Oasis Stop ‘N Go is essentially a store manager in training and will, under the direction of the store manager and company leadership, learn many of the tasks and responsibilities that the store manager performs. The assistant manager supports the store manager in the daily operations of a convenience store and fills in for the store manager in their absence, fulfilling the duties and requirements as outlined in the store manager job description.
Duties:
Exhibits excellence in customer service. Always greeting and thanking all customers and resolving any customer concerns that may arise.
Report to work on time, neatly groomed and in uniform.
Enter all sales in the Passport at the time of sale.
Brew coffee, prepare and stock other dispensed beverages and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of the interior building including restrooms.
Check-in vendor deliveries, ensuring all products invoiced are received.
Complete and submit daily paperwork.
Prepare and make daily deposits on the weekend, and when covering the store manager.
Restock, face, and clean shelves and coolers. Verify no out-of-date merchandise exists.
Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior building, fuel pumps, and parking lot.
Complete daily manager site walks, looking for opportunities to enhance site image and monitoring the property for hazards that may exist.
Prepare and stock fast food items. Learn hot and cold requirements.
Attend store team meetings and contribute your concerns and ideas.
Be flexible with changes, including the possibility of rotating shifts, exchanged shifts, and extra hours in emergencies.
