The Electronics Manufacturing Assembler will directly support the Manufacturing Production Process. The primary responsibility of the Assembler is to assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and devices. Description The NPI Operator will play a crucial role in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by supporting the NPI team in developing new SynQor products and processes. The New Product Introduction (NPI) process is the step between design and manufacturing. The Operator will perform all production-related process steps in the NPI Lab on unreleased products. Responsibilities: Inspect in-process and finished assemblies, printed circuit boards assemblies, SMT Thru-Hole and System Assemblies to determine acceptability for use based on IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards. Perform assembly, test, and screening operations on NPI product lines. Provide feedback on daily throughput, bottlenecks, and technical issues. Support special projects in the NPI Lab. Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure a smooth transition from concept to production. The Contract Specialist will process and manage customer contracts and orders. The primary responsibility of the Contract Specialist is supporting the administration and management of customer contracts and orders in addition to interfacing with customers related to SynQor's export compliance program. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the contracts and compliance field. Responsibilities: * Process customer contracts and orders with support from the Sales team and generate corresponding Sales Order Acknowledgements in Oracle. * Manage customer returns and related customer documentation, including Failure Authorization Reports (FAR), Return Material Authorizations (RMA), and Return to Customer (RTC) orders. * Assist with customer-related finance issues and coordinate resolutions across teams. * Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Maintain and update customer Billing and Shipping Accounts in Salesforce. * Ensure compliance with Export Control Certificate and Export Compliance regulations for orders. * Manage customer portals and contract systems, internal and customer correspondence, and perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks as required. * Support the Contract and Compliance Manager in the preparation of proposals and contract administration. * Learn basic contract terms and conditions over time. The Test Engineering Team at SynQor works together on the integration of test hardware and software to support a wide range of power converters and systems. The ideal Electrical Test Engineer will possess a desire to learn about the company's various products and develop creative methods to reliably test them. The Test Engineer will be part of the New Product Introduction Team, and work closely with the Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams in order to design and develop automated test hardware and software, and support test needs in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Work together to develop, implement, and maintain test processes for new product designs, primarily using NI TestStand and LabVIEW. Be self-motivated in addressing test issues by troubleshooting, planning, and implementing timely and effective solutions.
