The OSA Wellness Ambassador (WA) position will provide support to the Office of Student Advocacy by helping with event promotion, OSA promotion of services, building connections with CCA and local organizations, and supporting students' in accessing basic needs through community resources This position will report to the Project Coordinator, who oversees basic needs and wellness initiatives. The goal of this position is to have an active student who is well connected to their area of study/school and can be a peer advocate and resource. The WA will serve as an ambassador for the Office of Student Advocacy and will work to promote and showcase office initiatives/resources to their departments and peers. Open Ambassador Positions - all ambassadors will work to reach the goals of OSA and CCA within their school area.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Event Support & Participation
* Staff and prepare for events and resource tabling opportunities (i.e. Foxy's Mobile Market, CCA Community
* Resource Days, Destress Fest, Trick or Treat Street, etc.)
* Lead marketing & communication efforts to their area of campus/study (including faculty, staff, and students)
* Communicate and act as a brand ambassador for CCA when interacting with student groups and guests.
* Support with tasks for events such as photocopying, printing, gathering supplies, designing engaging activities, etc.

* Support the process of getting students enrolled in government-based benefits and connected with community resources through event promotion, event staffing, and resource promotion.
* Support students with getting connected to a case manager.
Office Management
* On a weekly basis maintain and re-stock campus Lactation & Chest-Feeding Rooms, Care Cabinet, and Snack Stations
* Maintain office space & storage space.
* Provide quality customer service to anyone that comes into the office.
* Support students with "refer a concern" forms or a case manager intake form.
* Making appointments for staff on campus.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

T-ROC is looking for an outgoing Brand Ambassador who will serve as the face and voice of Hisense at various exciting events and in-store demos and training. As a premiere authorized partner with Hisense, you will be working with some of the world's largest retailers to support our Hisense team. Working with home appliances and consumer electronics within National Retailers as a Hisense Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador will build brand recognition, and successfully promote Hisense products.
The Brand Ambassador will communicate and engage with customers and sales reps in meaningful ways to increase Hisense brand awareness. This role will help in a variety of capacities regarding events ? set up and tear down, demoing products, training sales reps.
Pay Range: $21 per hour - $23 per hour

Job Duties:
* Train store associates to understand the Hisense product portfolio and be able to communicate this to customers.
* Visit stores at assigned frequency to ensure that products are properly displayed, merchandised, and maintained in neat, clean and working order.
* Connect with local retail partner stores, field, and district management to identify regional opportunities.
* Ensure point of purchase materials are in place and the product is properly priced.
* Achieves sales targets through training and merchandising as well as directly selling to customers at specified events
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or 3+ years retail home electronics, home appliance, or home technology experience is mandatory
* +18 years of age
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items up to 50 pounds
* Must have strong time management skills and ability to work independently
* Ability to use technology to record your work and time
* Must be able to travel within an assigned territory
* Reliable transportation, auto liability insurance, and clean driving record required
