7. Initiates or coordinates inventory or cost control programs in the Manufacturing and Maintenance Operations.

10. Maintains strategic operational plan for capital investment for site.

12. Conduct workforce assessments periodically and in conjunction with Human Resources so that staffing needs can be measured, training and development goals can be established, and contingent workforce options can be used to create an optimally staffed and trained workforce able to respond to the needs of the business.
