Sivakumar Lakshmanan is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Head of the AI Forecasting & Supply Chain business unit at antuit.ai.

Sivakumar has extensive experience in driving supply chain transformation leveraging advanced analytics. He has advised many Fortune 500 companies on demand forecasting, supply chain planning, network design, and inventory optimization across CPG, Retail and Manufacturing.

He joined antuit.ai in 2013 as a Partner and lead for developing new business in Asia and in 2015 took the role of Global Practice Leader for Digital Supply Chain business unit. In his current role as a member of the Executive team and head of Forecasting and Supply chain business unit, Sivakumar is responsible for driving revenue growth, client success and thought leadership.

Before antuit.ai, Sivakumar was a client supply chain analytics leader for IBM Global Consulting Group. His group was responsible for solution sales and implementing enterprise supply chain planning, network design, inventory optimization, and visibility solutions. Sivakumar was instrumental in developing and transforming the business unit including the ILOG post-acquisition integration and expansion.

Sivakumar holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Madras.

Anil Valecha is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for driving strategic corporate and financial objectives with investors and as part of the leadership team. He manages all aspects of M&A, due diligence, fund raising, investor relations, financial operations, and risk & compliance for the company. Anil is one of the founding members of antuit.ai, instrumental in helping the company through its start up to its current stellar growth stage. Before being appointed CFO, he was SVP of Finance, responsible for FP&A, multiple rounds of fund raising, and setting up the company’s policy framework and processes for accounting, management reporting, business analytics and performance management. Prior to antuit.ai, Anil served with iSGN Technologies as VP of Finance, leading their FP&A, Pricing and Revenue Assurance group. With over 22 years of experience, he has led pricing, deal structuring, and participated in post M&A integration roles for companies such as Sutherland Global Services and WNS. Anil holds an executive MBA from Indian Institute of Bangalore and is pursuing the leadership program from Harvard Business School.

Patrick Smith is a Chief Customer Officer at antuit.ai and is based in Dallas/Fort Worth Area. He has worked as Vice President of Sales for North America at ToolsGroup, Director of Sales at Optiant, and Regional Sales Director at Marketron. Patrick attended Providence College between 1985 and 1989.
