Position Summary:
Customer service representatives process orders, provide information about Applied Medical Technology's products and services, and handle customer complaints.
Pay for this role starts at $20/hr. This position is 100% on-site in Brecksville, OH.

* Research, navigate and independently locate answers from webpages and resources (e.g. DFU) in a variety of situations.
* The primary function is to receive purchase orders and enter sales orders into ERP database Microsoft Dynamics. Ensure that the order entry, shipping, and billing information is accurate for each order. Verify product, price, freight terms, credit terms, and other conditions of sale.
* Manage time effectively. Enter a large volume of orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
* Responsible for double-checking own work, and the work of others, to limit errors.
* Set up new customers in ERP system, verify tax status, and coordinate credit applications and tax exemption forms with accounting.
* The customer service representative will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, via email and phone. Some product knowledge is required to converse with customers.
* Effectively manage incoming calls from buyers and direct customers, and handle them appropriately and promptly.
* Verify order status and all related aspects for fulfillment of customers' sales orders.
* Handle complaints or returns received directly from our customers, or through other internal departments. The complaint/return process has many steps and will require a high attention to detail.
* After training you will be expected to troubleshoot customer product issues over the phone.
* Ensure that all responses are timely and inquiries or complaints receive the necessary resolution and follow up.
* Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality as this position requires all customer service representatives to work together. Ability to coordinate workload with teammates is a must.

Position Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead a team.

Position Summary:

Reads and reviews research literature to generate innovative ideas for new product development.

What We Need:
We are seeking a local, detail-oriented self-starter to fill the role of Senior Buyer for our Oasis Grower Solutions division in Kent, OH. This position works independently to manage the purchasing of materials, the sourcing of new vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms with suppliers by examining examining price, suitability and availability of items or services.
Specific responsibilities of the Senior Buyer role include the following:
Performs the planning and purchasing functions of products and materials, both internationally and domestically. Must have the ability to understand the buying and planning process conceptually and how it functions.
Identifies and selects vendors to procure requisitioned commodities, meeting criteria such as price, quantity, quality and delivery dates.
Sources new supplier and vendor relationships and continuously develops current relationships to maintain alternate sources of supplies, where applicable.
Documents goods and services to prevent unnecessary shipment delays.
Ensures compliance to ensure goods are genuine, safe, and lawfully sourced.
Writes purchase orders and maintains orders in electronic systems.
Negotiates with suppliers, through ethical means, for terms of purchase and planning to attain optimized cost savings for the Company. Negotiates prices for purchased material, including finished goods (excluding inter-company prices), production components, non-production material and other goods and services as assigned.
Maintains and reports monthly SIOP plan and schedule compliance.
Resolves quality problems with suppliers of purchased material. This includes problem solving with suppliers on new product development, including transportation, packaging and specifications.
Works through price discrepancies or variances and resolves with Accounts Payable.
Utilizes vendor scorecards and identifies vendors that are not consistently and effectively meeting the needs of the Company.
Supports converting Master Production Schedule(s) into daily schedule(s) for each production area to meet make-to-stock and/or make-to-order shipping dates.
Utilizes capacity plan to assist Operations with business needs and labor requirements for all business segments.
Regenerates Master Production Schedule & Material Requirement Planning cycles on daily and weekly schedules.
Maintains item master database for all items and analyzes information to assure planning information and planning parameters.
Proactively communicates to Operations Manager the status of backordered finished goods or shortage of production material.
Facilitates export/import shipment of purchased goods, providing necessary information to the traffic function of distribution.
Maintains appropriate inventory levels and assists with excess and slow-moving inventory or obsolete items.
Takes corrective action to eliminate shortages or excess stock due to changes in customer demands and forecasts.
Supports capital projects; sourcing, pricing and placing PO's. Creates and maintains “playbook” for ongoing projects, streamlining capital projects from PO to install.
Acts as a backup to the customer service function and/or supports customer service functions as needed.
Supports and leads by example the Core Values of the organization.

An individual with a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent relevant experience. APICS or ISM certification preferred.

Areas of focus for this role will include (but not be limited to):
Analyze equipment and systems to identify potential failure points and proactively plan to prevent them.

Position Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for quality control. They are also responsible to determine if assembled or packaged components/products meet predetermined specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Make sure all parts and orders are in compliance with assembly instructions to specific quality guidelines

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Language Skills:

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to assist the Human Resources Manager in the daily staff administrative and decision support while applying and updating policies and procedures to align with the growing company goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with other department supervisors to constantly improve existing procedures and policies
Provide statistical analysis on issues
Handle employee off-boarding process and procedures
Help with FMLA, COBRA and ADA and attendance policies and procedures
Keep AMT handbook and documents updated on HR Drive
Align and update AA program to meet company goals/needs
Handle Government reporting according to Federal and State Law
Investigate and document personnel issues
Process bi-weekly payroll as needed
Help answer any questions that the HR recruiters and interns have with their responsibilities of: placing ads, conducting phone screens, conducing face to face interviews, scheduling interviews with managers and executives for exempt and nonexempt positions
Attend meetings with AMT Managers and Executives as needed
Help answer employees questions on AMT's policies and procedures
Help with benefits (Medical and 401k) including open enrollment and monthly enrollments
Help Recruiters and Interns with orientation and onboarding with new hires (help/fill in as needed)
Assist with helping in administrative responsibilities of HR including; time cards, mailings of required notices like ERISA, etc.
Help with employee investigations
Help fill out employment verification and unemployment requests
Review HR contracts
Oversee and help as needed with the submission of background checks, drug tests and pre-employment assessments
Works with department supervisor on proper documentation of discipline/corrective action notices
Proper destruction and storage of all files and records with Federal and State regulations
Strategize with Manager to constantly improve HR goals and existing procedures
OSHA documentation/testing and tracking
Maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. One year of law firm, professional services or business experience is a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company procedures/policies, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
