The Final Inspection Apprentice will receive basic knowledge and skills training to establish a solid foundation for working in the Quality department.
The career path will begin with learning to read drawings and specifications to gain a basic understanding of the PCB manufacturing industry and product. At the following KPIs checkpoints, it will be determined whether the Apprentice is ready to learn how to do visual inspection, and then how to do basic rework. The Apprentice will then transition fully into the Final Inspection department and start training to acquire skills needed to become a Final Inspector.
The Final Inspector is responsible for inspection of product after completion of all processes. This position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to read and understand technical requirements of the traveler and blueprint.
Duties and Responsibilities

Read and interpret traveler requirements / blueprints.
Review traveler and blueprint for any special instructions prior to releasing to next quality process.
Ensure all print requirements pertaining to basics of board are compliant.
Confirm markings on board(s) along with color of solder-mask and legend.
Perform all types of visual inspection related to printed circuit boards using magnification equipment.
Review traveler for any special instructions or requirements.
Handle boards from the edges IAW company policy and procedures.
Effective use of inspection aids includes standard halo lamp and microscope.
Stamp all compliant boards.
Perform basic rework operations such as solder-mask touch-up, remove burrs/rough spots, rework damaged areas, cover exposed copper areas with solder-mask, clean and/or polish surface mount pads that can be done inside the final inspection department.

Ability to communicate clearly in English written text, proper grammar, sentence structure, and clear and concise tone

Each apprentice will learn and put into practice all facets of residential maintenance functions, customer service strategies, and community policies and procedures. Upon completion of the 6-12 week program apprentices will be evaluated and, if deemed qualified, have the opportunity to be hired as a full-time employee in a maintenance role with Camden. Requirements:
Candidates must be enrolled in, or have recently completed, an HVAC/CAMT program or have equivalent residential maintenance experience
Demonstrate basic knowledge of technical skills as it relates to apartment maintenance
And here's the fine print HR wants you to know:
Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, climbing ladders/stairs, walking on rooftops, lifting/moving/carrying light to heavy weight material/appliances/equipment up to 50 lbs. and using the dolly/buddy system for equipment over 50 lbs.
Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small-motorized equipment (i.e., repetitive hand/wrist, gripping and elbow motion)
Must have normal range of hearing, vision, color discrimination and depth perception for proper operation of machines and equipment
Will be exposed to some low to medium level noise when using machinery or power tools
Must be able to complete tasks wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., goggles, masks, gloves, etc.)
Will be exposed on a regular basis to outdoor environment (i.e., heat, cold, damp, rain, etc.).
Hazards can be minimized with proper lifting techniques, SDS and general safety training, and wearing appropriate PPE
Must be able to read and write in English at intermediate level to read diagrams, meters, instructions, etc.
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and plans
Deals with standardized situations with occasional or no deviations from standard procedures
Requires public contact and excellent interpersonal skills
Attendance and punctuality is essential for success in this position

Physical Requirements of Position:
Ability to push, pull, lift over 50 lbs.
Bend, lift hands over head
Climb up an outdoor tower with a 25 lb. tool bag up to and in excess of 300 feet in all types of weather
Maintain OSHA safe weight requirements for safety harness (up to 280 lbs.)
Perform technical scopes of work with hands and tools per client specifications and standing for at least 8 hours while standing either on the ground or up on a tower
Technical Requirements of Position:
Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers
Identify essential materials and tools to carry out scope of work according to client and industry methods of procedures (MOP)
Ability to operate tools of trade (hand and power tools and test gear)

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for completing the training process for teaching children and/or adults how to ski and/or snowboard, while providing support to all Ski and Ride School departments in order to create a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
This position is located at either Snow Summit or Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake.
Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be an effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity
Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies
Ability to operate equipment as trained
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
