Basic understanding of tools and equipment or readiness to learn maintenance procedures. Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Certifications: None required; OSHA safety training or related certifications (e.g., NCCER) are a plus.
