Program Overview and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our HR team. This Apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management. The HR Apprentice will work closely with several team members to support day-to-day HR processes, help enhance communication and organization across teams, and ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. Operations & Administration Ensure HR systems, trackers, and documentation are accurate and current. Support internal communication initiatives and help streamline information flow across teams. Monitor email requests and flag missed or time-sensitive emails to the team. Team Staffing & Coordination Assist senior team members by maintaining up-to-date records of assignments. Track staffing changes and ensure relevant files, trackers, and systems reflect current information. Performance Management Support Assist with performance review processes, including: Following up with team members for feedback submissions. Compiling and organizing reviews in a clear, consistent format. Tracking completion and flagging outstanding items. Employee Experience Initiatives Contribute to projects that support engagement, learning, and team culture. Provide administrative support for team events, trainings, or workshops and ad hoc requests. Professional Development and Training Prosek's Boot Camp program is a curriculum curated and taught by top leaders across the firm on a weekly basis throughout the program.
