Responsibilities: This role is a full-time position within our site where we have a team approach to manufacturing. Timely and Regular attendance is crucial to your success and the safety of the team. You set the Automatic Counter for the specified lengths, then move to the cutter-pressing the pedal to advance hose for precision cutting. At the expander station, you mount the correct fittings, assemble the hose and fittings, and use the expander's foot pedal to secure a consistent, quality fit-repeating the cycle as production targets demand. When it's time to finish, you feed the male end of the hose into the winding machine, coil neatly, attach labels, and secure each coil with straps or wire ties.
