Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
* Learn to inspect, build and install aircraft components

* Learn about parts, parts fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance complies with design requirements to gain confidence and familiarity

* Grow skills in Torques hardware and fitting, practicing various tools and test equipment

* Learns to mix and apply adhesives, resins, and sealants per instructions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the Production Worker is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly prepare and process raw material to prepare it for cooking or cut & package finished product in preparation for shipment to customer.
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
General:
Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
Ensure product conforms to specifications.
Prevent and minimize rework and/or inedible.
May require working on taping machines, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, trash and recycling compactors.
Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.
Successfully complete all necessary technical training and skills verification as directed.
Successfully complete all necessary soft skills training as directed.
Return from breaks in a timely manner; notify lead/foreman/supervisor before leaving the department.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork as directed.
Attend all department and company scheduled meetings.
Works scheduled shift as assigned.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/foreman/supervisor.
Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly.
Suggest improvements; continuously improve the quality of all support activities.
Perform all required duties within OSHA and company safety standards.
Follows set company and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines at all times.

Ensure products are correctly labeled and identified for proper disposition.

RAW:
Add ingredients to batch and verify against formulations in Blending system.
Move meat into machine(s) and/or combos and/or v-mags using appropriate tools and techniques
Load meat racks, push meat trucks from one area to another, visually monitoring meat for quality.
Maintain accurate records, washing and sanitizing carts, racks, and trucks.
Ready to Eat:
Count and place packages in appropriate caddies, maintaining accurate records, washing and sanitizing carts, racks, and trucks.
Handling finished product, placing it continuously in trays or assembly lines to be shipped to our customers.
Making pallets by stacking boxes onto pallets, preparing the pallet with cardboard wrapping, manually shrink wrapping, and pulling/pushing pallets with manual pallet jack.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Level I Production Assembler is responsible for assembling Ravin products. The Level I Production Assembler will be responsible for using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions, following standard operating procedures (SOP), and to test equipment, and perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test Ravin products.

Learn to inspect, build and install aircraft components
Develop early skills in how to inspect, build and install aircraft components
Start reading and understanding process instructions, engineering drawing and specifications
Assemble items using written and visual instructions
Learn about parts, parts fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance complies with design requirements to gain confidence and familiarity
Understand importance of cleaning, set up and use of bonding, drilling, and holding fixtures
Begin skills in installing rivets, screws and bolts, using appropriate tools
Identify and learn routes for wires, cables and tubing
Grow skills in Torques hardware and fitting, practicing various tools and test equipment
Learn to understand, follow and properly document aircraft build instructions
Wears personal protective equipment as required and may include a respirator
Learns to mix and apply adhesives, resins, and sealants per instructions
Maintains a clear and organized workstation to department standards

High School diploma or GED
One-year relevant experience and/or training related to skills/experiences listed in the next section preferred

Initiative to finish assignments and personal accountability for time management.
Reliable and dependable work ethic and can adapt to changing work requirements

Auto/marine mechanic and collision repair: Ability to work on auto/marine items to remove and install components.
Assembly: Perform basic assembly tasks, such as installing parts and hardware, as required following specific instructions.
Low/Medium volume Manufacturing: Slower manufacturing settings where some hands-on assembly is required.
High Volume Manufacturing: High volume manufacturing settings that are more station based or automation is used to produce the product.
Military: Guard, Reserves and active military experience in a non-mechanical discipline.
Surface Preparation: Prep surfaces for adhesives by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure proper adhesion.
Carpentry skills: Fine detail carpentry building such as furniture, cabinets, etc.
Construction/DIY: Building, framing, construction, etc. as well as detailed major home repair.
Plumbing: Installing and torquing flared fittings such as fuel, oil and hydraulic. Also experience within the plumbing trade.
General aircraft knowledge: Knowledge of working around aircraft with specific experience such as obtaining a pilot's license, multiple experiences flying in small aircraft, military working on and around aircraft but not maintenance related, etc.
Fast paced environments: Work environments like quick oil change, tire change, line cooks, fast food, health care, etc.
