What you need to be a Production Assembler:

Essential Job Functions:
Measure and weigh ingredients to certify accurate chemical amounts are packaged into each flare during multiple phases of production.
Safely and accurately conduct operations in accordance with established policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal safety requirements.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Handle equipment starting and stopping activities.
Recognize and remove damaged or faulty items from the production line.
Ensure tools and equipment is clean and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
Store finished items safely.
Adhere product labeling on finished items for packaging.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Strong math skills for weighing chemicals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-orientated.
Must be available to work the scheduled hours with the possibility of overtime.
Physical Demands:
Regular lifting and moving of objects of 20-30 lbs.

**Responsibilities**
+ Efficiently and accurately assemble metal components/parts with correct fit and fastening according to job specifications defined in blueprint drawings.

+ Assist with material setup and parts coordination.
+ Assist with the assembly of hardware kit boxes.
+ Operate the roll former machine and collect metal products at the end of the line.
