**In this role, you will:**
The Production Worker is responsible for the processing, manufacture, packaging, storage and distribution of charcoal briquettes.
Plant department overview:
+ Retort - In the Retort department we convert wood waste to char that goes into the charcoal briquettes
+ Briquetting - In the Briquetting department we combine the char and other raw materials to create the charcoal briquette
+ Packaging - In the Packaging department we operate machines that package finished charcoal briquettes into bags
+ Warehouse - In the Warehouse we store finished bags of charcoal briquettes for shipments to customers or other warehouses
The Production Worker principally works in briquetting (process) and duties may include:
+ Unloading bulk raw materials from rail cars
+ Movement of materials across the work site
+ Housekeeping and organization, both in the interior and exterior plant environment
+ Filling in for roles such as dryer tending, bulldozer, forklift driver, quality lab, packaging & shipping

About the Role
