Responsibilities:
Work on a variety of machines and work centers, safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
Consistently perform assembly and initial testing of new products and/or sub-assemblies as quickly as possible while maintaining exemplary quality standards

Compensation:
DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.
Pay range: $50,600 - $55,800 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value.
Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 11% and 16%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits.

Production Worker / Shavings Baler Operator Responsibilities:
* Assist and operate various packaging equipment
* Work in close proximity of machines that compress wood by-products generated from mill operations or like manufacturing processes
* Open compression chamber doors, facilitates placement of bags and removal of bales from packaging equipment
* Record bales weights and keep records of daily activity per company standards
* Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment

General Purpose:

Work with lead materials, including soldering and fabricating pieces of metal

Work on a production line to produce high-quality roofing accessories
Details for Production Laborer:
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Requirements for Production Laborer:
Must have prior production manufacturing experience
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
Proficiency with various hand and power tools

Job DescriptionSalary: $20.02 per hour
Line Supplier- MIX Room
AM Shift
05:00am- 01:30pm
Schedule and Pay:
$20.02 per Hour
Monday- Friday with possible additional hours and weekend shifts
Duties:
Check the schedule and discuss with Line Leads and supervisors what product needs to be delivered to the lines
Check and fill out paperwork
Move racks from the coolers to the lines accordingly with schedule and FIFO
Arrange the racks in the coolers sorting by batch/number
Supply the lines with packaging materials accordingly
Move out pallets with finished goods
Qualifications:
Extremely reliable attendance
Passion for accuracy
Able to move constantly and quickly for an entire 8 hour shift
Responsible about getting work done independently
Can handle working in hot and cold environments
What you will bring:
Prior food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to work with your hands extensively and stand on your feet for 8 hours
Ability to bend, reach and lift repeatedly (up to 50lbs)
Drive to continuously improve performance, efficiency, and speed
Basic English proficiency for reading, writing and communicating

The Assembler I performs basic composite assemblies to include assembling, installing, connecting parts, fitting, and bonding components using layout tools, hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and fasteners such as rivets, bolts, screws, and clamps. The Assembler I has a working knowledge of several process specifications, works with simple shapes, and aligns components with jigs or fixtures and utilizes measuring instruments in accordance with customer specifications and company requirements.

The Assembler I directly reports to the Assembly Supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Education, Training, and/or Experience
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in Composite Manufacturing/Aircraft Assembly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Basic skill in composite bonding, sealing, and potting compounds
Basic knowledge and understanding of process specifications and manufacturing plan interpretation
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety
Ability to use basic hand and pneumatic tools to drill, countersink, fit, rivet, and finish parts
Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in the English language
Use of general math concepts (add, subtract, multiply, and divide), the Standard unit of measurement, and coordinating tools
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Trim, drill, and countersink metal and composite details with tooling/aids
Wet and dry installation of permanent and non-permanent fasteners with tooling/aids
Apply decorative laminate and pressure sensitive tapes to simple shapes
Measure, mix, and apply adhesives, epoxies, potting compounds, and moldable shims
Bond and assemble small to medium and/or simple assemblies with tooling/aids
Complete work with expected quality and accuracy; completing and following all documentation provided
Manage time and workflow through personal work area with direction
Maintain material quantities and operation requirements (Acceptance Authority Media) throughout all work
Maintain a safe, organized, FOD-free work area with a focus on lean principles as instructed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Performs necessary tasks required to prepare material for assembly, such as using both power and hand tools for making holes and attaching fasteners to bolt product together.
* Ability to read, interpret, and follow specific requirements and/or instructions of each work order as each is a custom order.
* Ability to accurately & precisely measure fabric & metal with tape measure to confirm that the product matches the order specifications.
* Ability to lift product up to 45 pounds either waist high and/or overhead and secure on the jig.
* Performs final quality checks on all product prior to sending on to shipping
* Follows safety requirements for the facility, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Participates in process improvements and housekeeping requirements within assigned area and/or within facility as required.

The manufacturing environment is not environmentally controlled resulting in exposure to winter cold and summer heat in the work area.
