The Production Prep team member is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations in the back plant. This role involves metal fabrication, including cutting, drilling, and punching, as well as welding (certification preferred but not required). The position requires cross-training across multiple production tasks to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency in the fabrication of door headers and other components. Skills & Abilities Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and metal fabrication equipment. Basic welding skills (MIG, TIG, or Stick welding experience preferred but not required). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
