What our ASSEMBLER does:
Assembling the components of the job, which may include machining and/or assembling various millwork products such as exterior and interior door units.
Operating machinery that modifies the product (ex. chop saws)
Preparing the product for shipment by applying casing, sleeves, labels, etc.
Inspecting the overall quality and accuracy of assembled product throughout the assembly process
Repairing and disassembling returned or defective millwork to prepare it for resale or return to stock.
Performing routine maintenance on all tools used including cleaning, oiling, checking to ensure proper functioning, calibrating machines, checking measuring tool accuracy, and notifying a supervisor of larger repairs or malfunctions.

TOOLS USED: Include but are not limited to chop saw, table saw, rip saw, hand saw; router, nail gun, screw gun, door machine, various pneumatic tools, and drills.
What you need to have:
High School diploma or GED and one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Machine Assembler to join our team in building and testing CNC and Waterjet machinery. In this role, you will assemble high precision cutting systems, perform durability and functionality tests, and provide support to both internal teams and customers.

What You'll Work On:
Robotics Assembly: Build and assemble robotic systems and automation hardware according to specifications and engineering drawings.
Electrical Wiring & Integration: Wire up motors, controllers, sensors, and other components to ensure systems are fully functional and ready for programming.
Quality & Testing: Perform initial checks and functional tests to verify proper assembly and wiring before handoff to engineers.
