Requirements
* Perform vacuum bagging and related processes for fabrication and curing composite parts.
* Clean and smooth molds, cores, and core boxes, and repair surface imperfections.
* Assemble cores into lower sections of molds, to create mold assembly per work instructions.
* Clean and maintain work area to ensure safe and efficient work environment.
* De-molding cured parts
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
* Document materials utilized in creating parts for traceability purposes.
* Work to meet production goals and deadlines
* Using scanner for time/attendance/work traveler.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
* General knowledge of practices and procedures used to fabricate composite parts or similar is preferred.

* Modifying component according to engineering request. Drill and tap holes, cutting slots, cutting parts, opening holes, grinding surfaces, rewire and change electrical components.
* Report issues to the supervisor, engineering and quality team.
* Test and adjusts mechanical and electrical assemblies following the assembly instructions and check lists.
* Run the equipment and help with the FAT (Final Acceptance Test).
* Collaborate with the service department. Help install the equipment on the customer site.
* Following the project schedule and keeping truck of the production order schedule. Reporting the issues to the schedule to the supervisor.

Modifying component according to engineering request. Drill and tap holes, cutting slots, cutting parts, opening holes, grinding surfaces, rewire and change electrical components.
Report issues to the supervisor, engineering and quality team.
Test and adjusts mechanical and electrical assemblies following the assembly instructions and check lists.
Run the equipment and help with the FAT (Final Acceptance Test).
Collaborate with the service department. Help install the equipment on the customer site.
Following the project schedule and keeping truck of the production order schedule. Reporting the issues to the schedule to the supervisor.
Accurate control of inventory using production orders. Collaborate with inventory for maintaining all needed parts for the project.
